Superb customer service. I rate Le's #1. My AC unit-furnace was in place in a few hours, and cooling was instant. Extremely great company, and extremely professional employees. I would definite recommend Le's to the next person in need of a professional Heating & Air Company.

THE WORST!!!!! I have two units and this company repaired one of them and they made the problem worse; two weeks later it needed a compressor because the seals broke. I called them to return and fix the problem and they gave me an appt time of noon! I watied until 3:30! I called Homeadvisor and they could not reach them either. As of this date they have not returned my call. Originally, I asked them for a quote to have the compressor replaced and they said $2200.; I got a second opinion and was replaced for $850. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY OR PATIENCE!!!!

The air feels like is cooling. He gave me an estimate and showed up on time. Had the part already prepared and had it done in less than an hour.

charlie called within 10 minutes of my call. we set a time for him to come and he was there on time. Diagonised my problem, gave a quote which I thought was fair and returned the next day with parts and repaired my furnace in a fair amout of time. He was friendly and I would recommend his work as excellent and very knowledgeable. Will definaltely use him again for other services

Came within four hours of my initial email, had the compressor switch fixed in ten minutes and was kind enough to give us his work schedule over the next couple days (which included Thanksgiving) in case any other issues came up.

Charlie called right away. We agreed on a time for him to come out the next day. He showed up on time and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. It turned out to be a coolant leak, which he was able to fix in short order. He was good at explaining everything that he found and I didn't feel like he was trying to take advantage of me. I would hire him again.

Our first floor AC system died over the weekend; the AC system itself would come on but the air circulation fan in the furnace (required to circulate cooled air) would not kick in. Charley told me to set my thermostat to 60 degrees and turn on the AC so he could have a look. Lo and behold, the AC immediately came on in the house for the first time since late last week and he said, "Get a new thermostat; electronics are going bad". When I thanked him and asked me what I owed him, he said, "NO CHARGE!!". And smiled. So did I. WHAT A FIND!!!

Charlie did a nice job. I have used him for another job where he also did a great and cost-effective job.

Charlie called me immediately after I submitted the request. He arrived in about an hour, and determined that the coils were leaking and needed to be replaced. He installed the new coils, and gave me a warranty on the coils and the labor. The warranty is rather short for the money, but otherwise he did a great job.

Charlie was the first to call and was flexible with my schedule. He quickly diagnosed my problem and gave me a fair assessment. Since I have a little technical background and knowledge about my unit I knew right away I could trust him to do the job. I felt he was honest, sincere and gave me a fair price. The work was done quickly and he gave good recommendations and estimates for the future work I would need. I would recommend him to my family and friends.

Saturday morning my central air system stopped working. I contacted Charlie to checkout. He said fan was burned out. He replaced fan motor and system was working.

Mr Le was prompt , he gave me candid description of my unit and it's needs. He was very professional and not pushey. Once we agreed on the cost at the end it was exactly as he described. I would recommend this AC company to friends.
