Charlie was early for both appointments and was upfront about the costs involved. He even came out on Sunday on Memorial Day weekend to do the work.

He showed up at the time he said he would and provided excellent service. I did not have the payment on hand at the time of his arrival but negotiated that he would return when I had the money in hand. I secured the funds within an hour and he returned as promised and finished the work as requested. My home is cooled again! Exemplary service, thanks!

Charlie was very prompt , reliable and knowledgeable about furnace repairs. He showed up at my home at the agreed upon time and was ready to work. Also, he and his assistants didn't leave my floor messy.

Charlie came out on a Sunday the day before labor day to fix a leaky AC unit in our basement. He also changed filters and checked on our upstairs unit. Very nice, thorough, and quick. Great knowledgeable person and very good prices. We will be using him again.

They worked all day late into the night on a Saturday until the work was completed. Other companies didn't even want to come out until Monday or Tuesday. Imagine being without a/c for 3 or 4 days in the middle of summer. It seems like Le wants your business while others don't. They did a great job and recommending needed upgrades that improved my homes cooling tremendously.
