Le's Heating, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration

Mr. Le is giving me grief to locate him about my issues. I have had 2 units installed by him, most recent one this past July 2019. $5,000 to install. Now I am having issues, he is not answering any of his phone numbers on his business card, is not returning any of my phone calls or messages, went to his business address, that it is a house. The warranties he provided for the unit is bogus. No information on it. I have been calling him for weeks. He ran and came over when I called for the second unit. Charged me almost double the price of the first one. Claimed that was the only size he had the time. Sad part is, I completely trusted him because I was a repeat customer and felt comfortable. Now I can not find him or his crew. The money is all paid and he has disappeared. I know he is getting my calls because it is the same number that I called to schedule both appointments, and he showed up in a hurry to cash those checks. Why can not people be honest? Why is he hiding? I paid him his money with no issues. It is not even 6 months, and he has disappeared because it is too much trouble to double back and repair the unit? Now I will not refer him to anyone ever again. He has gone into hiding. Called the BBB and they have not heard of him. I am livid!

Mr. Le is very impressive and quite detailed, insisting on getting it right the first time. He will be installing my replacement units in two days, and based on the reviews from others I anticipate I will be as pleased with the final package as I have been so far in the process.

Mr. Le was excellent. Even though at times I couldn't understand him but he knew exactly what he was doing and knew what the problem was. I needed to replace my 15 yr old unit. He gave me a very reasonable quote and he replaced the unit, inside and out, all in the same day. I will definitely recommend Mr. Le for all your AC needs.

After being gone most of the day we came home to a very hot house and found the air conditioning had quit working. We'd been without air on one of the hottest days in GA. Got online with HomeAdvisor and they helped us find Le's Heating and Air. We called and told them we had an emergency and they were out at the house within 2 hours of the call, said they'd be there at 6 pm and they were on time, great service, very customer service oriented, took care of our needs and very reasonable in price. We hired them for A/C and would hire them again for my heating if needed.

They were quick, very courteous, to the point!! They were kind enough and took off their shoes without me asking. They did what I asked and answered my questions without hassle.. Great!!!

Charlie was an hour late; causing us to call him. Once he arrived the work was done well, at a fair price. I will have Le's back in the fall for my semi annual service.
