Le's Heating, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration

Le's Heating and Air Conditioning came out and charged me for Freon knowing that they would need to come back out and charge me again for the same thing. They diagnosed a working thermostat as broken just so that they could install a new one.

My A/C went out and was blowing hot air when I went online to HomeAdvisor and found a air conditioning repair person who responded within one hour after I called and was at my home to repair my system I was completely satisfied with their work and service will use them again.

Le was at my home about an hour after I contacted him. He quickly cleaned and added Freon to my air conditioning unit. My house was nice and cold within a few moments. The cost: Clean Coils - $50.00 3 pounds/ $70 a pound - Freon - $ 210.00 Labor $50.00 Total Cost- $310.00 I did not obtain a quotes from anyone else, so I assume that the price is pretty standard. Work was performed on 7/9/16. Thank you quick fast service.

First of all he never showed up when he was supposed to -major communication issues led to squables sorry I just couldn't understand him and it seemed to irratate him. I was not told how much it would be and I was way over charged -Demanded that we pay him or he would not leave the property had our car blocked on the driveway-I use HOME Advisor all the time -never had this problem.

He's very curteous. He does exactly what he promises and knows how to do it well. He even found extra repairs needed that he did NOT even charge me for. I had to wait for him for a while on my appt date but he's worth the wait. I won't recommend or use anyone else.

Came out to look at my AC unit which is 14 years old and did not inspect anything, just said I needed a new unit. I tried to explain that the unit runs for a while and then turns off and will not kick back in until a long wait. He walked away and said I need to buy a new unit from him for $3800. I called another company the next day and they tested and found that the fan motor was bad and the contact board. Le is getting worse with trying to sell systems, must be hard up for money as he doesn't even take the time to inspect the issues these days. He use to do good work years ago. Very hard to understand, needs to have someone with him that speaks English better. I will never hire him again and if I get a new unit, I have a quote from another company for $3300 that is furnace and AC together all in.

Mr. Le was great. The job was done fast and clean. He knows his stuff.
