Le's showed up on time and installed a complete heating and a/c system on a Sunday!! How many heating and air companies would take care of a customer on a Sunday?

Very knowledgeable. Was several hundred dollars less expensive than any other quote I had. Replaced a leaking a/c coil. Working great now. Will see how it holds up.

Mr. Le was very professional and efficiently diagnosed and solved the problem. He worked quickly (late in the afternoon on Saturday) and refilled the unit with Freon at a reasonable rate. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a highly skilled HVAC referral.

Charlie was excellent to work with. He worked long and hard to install both of my HVAC units. I gained his trust as he was completing the installation.

Showed up late and didn't call. Has limited English. But the quality of work and willingness to come up with a creative, reliable solution was great!

Charlie responded immediately to my call, and was at my house the same day to check out my aging furnace. He returned the next morning to install a new furnace, and was done within three hours. I would definitely use him again.

Charlie took my case immediately after I submitted it. He came the same day and fixed my heater.

When Charlie first called I asked what was the service charge for coming out. He stated no service charge. He came and looked as I watched. I asked him several times what did he think the problem was. He never responded. He turned the ID motor and all was good. He then charged me $70. When I questioned this he replied he had repaired the unit but it would probably go out very soon and I would need to replace the motor. He said he would deduct the $70 from the cost of replacing the motor the next time I called. I will never call him again. I have no issue with paying for services rendered but he did not do anything to justify this charge. I had this same problem last year and the service provider charged nothing and made no indication the motor was going to stop working in the near future. I gave 1/2 a star for speedy arrival.
