They were on time, they did excellent work.

The techs were very timely and completed the job quickly and I thought the price was reasonable for the service.

Came out and said they repaired unit. Still won’t blow air. Then said we needed a bigger unit. We’ve had the same size unit with no problems for 15 years. Then said he would pay for the repairs if we found another company who could fix it

I had no heat, now I have heat! Le's came and fixed something, and installed a new thermostat. The language barrier was definitely there, as he couldn't explain what exactly the problem was. The price was steep, but I have heat. I wanted to ask more questions but couldn't. Said work would take 1 hr, it only took 10 mins. He was late showing up, but came same day.

I submitted a request through Home Advisor. Charlie called me so fast that I thought it was one of my customers randomly reaching out. Then he offered to come same day. He serviced my entire HVAC, only performed work absolutely necessary, and made repairs on the fly only after seeking my approval for both the repair and the cost. This was one of the most professional service experiences I have ever had for any repair done. Most importantly he was hyper efficient... From the time he walked in the door he identified the problems with my HVAC and repaired in well under an hour. Incredible.

They came in and told me what was wrong with my HVAC. They came and replaced it when they said they would.

He came a little later than he promised but he and his assistant completed my replacement compressor in less than 30 minutes. He even promised a warranty throughout Fall.

Charlie called immediately when I requested an emergency visit for no AC and the house temp inside had climbed to 82. He arrived early, diagnosed the issue, and repaired it. So grateful for the cold air, but bummed that our old unit is on its last leg.
