Mr. Le did not waste my time he came in saw my situation, didn't waste my time with a song and dance he gave me a bid within a few minutes. It was a total replacement of furnace and AC. In one day he and his crew pulled out the old and replaced it with the new. I haven't had to call him once since he completed the work. His price on the entire Job WAS SERIOUSLY lower than the top 5 AC companies here in Atlanta. So if you want a Great Price and Great service Call him. Price competetive, showed up a little late. Did not try to sell unneeded services. I have a very old AC unit that was not working. Charlie explianed that he just needed to clean the coils and add freon. He did his work and just told me to call him when it finally dies. He could have easily aid that I needed a new AC and I would have believed him due to the age. I was very happy with the overall experience.
