Description of Work: Repaired a couple of Roof leaks I had. They provided an estimate that I accepted and when they started the repair they let me know that it was not going to take as much to fix the repair as initially estimated and reduced the cost by $400. I would say this is extremely rare that a company would actually reduce the bill. I would have had no way of knowing that the repair was not extensive as they thought it was. I give them an A++++++ rating! | |Also the roof no longer leaks!

Description of Work: Richard and the folks at Housworth recently replaced our aged and leaking roof and gutter system. We chose architectural shingles and gutters with a gutter helmet/guard. Housworth sent out a huge workgroup (17 folks) and had the roof replaced in one day in spite of a large amount of decking that needed to be replaced due to water damage. The gutter people came out the next two days and replaced our gutters to include new gutter guards. The work was done in a timely manner, Richard was always in touch and following up on progress to ensure everything had gone according to my wishes. I would (and will) use Housworth again.

Description of Work: I cannot recommend Housworth because they took pictures of the roof before they started work and showed them to me but since Jan 2014 that they did the complete roof, i have not gotten any pictures. I made several phone calls and requested for the pictures but they never bothered. I am entitled to pictures of before and after.

Description of Work: I had them come out to check my roof because I saw a water stain on my kitchen ceiling. They came out the next day gave me estimate said my roof was in good condition just the boots had to be resealed, cleaned my gutters,and replaced shingles. I was very happy with the work and will use them again.

Description of Work: As part of the purchase of my house the seller repaired a leak in the roof. The timeframe was short but Shannon was prompt and did a thorough job. I did not pay for the work but other owners in my complex have had similar problems repaired for less. However I have not had any repeat problems in the area where the leak occurred.

SALESMAN GAVE US PLENTY OF TIME (NO HARD-BALL SALES TACTICS) TO COMPARE AND GET OTHER QUOTES, CHECK THE INTERNET FOR INFORMATION ABOUT THE BRAND OF SHINGLE AND UNDERLAYMENT PROCESS, AND MAKE A DECISION ON COLORS. ONCE CONTRACT WAS SIGNED, WORK WAS SCHEDULED WITHIN A WEEK. COMPANY MADE SEVERAL CALLS AHEAD OF TIME TO TELL US WHAT TO EXPECT: THE DUMPSTER WAS DELIVERED ON TIME AND THE WORK CREW SHOWED UP WITH PLENTY ENOUGH GUYS TO FINISH THE JOB IN ONE DAY (APPROX. 6-8 GUYS). THE SALESMAN CAME BY EARLY ENOUGH IN THE DAY TO CHECK ON THE JOB AND CORRECT A PROBLEM (THE SPECIAL WATERPROOFING MATERIALS WERE NOT DELIVERED, SO THE SALESMAN WENT TO GET THEM IMMEDIATELY AND DELIVERED THEM SO THE CREW COULD FINISH). TWO BAD WOOD AREAS WERE FIXED. WORK CREW WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND QUICK. DUMPSTER WAS REMOVED THE NEXT DAY. THE ROOF LOOKS GREAT AND THE COMPANY HAS BEEN IN BUSINESS A LONG TIME SO I FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH THE WARRANTY BEING HONORED, IF NECESSARY.
