It went great! I was amazed at how fast the work was done. All the old siding was removed and trash was taken away. It really looked great when it was complete. My wife said it looked great not even painted.

Remember this is the painting of the house and I have a wife. She was the one to decide on the color. After a long selection process, the painting began. Painting STOPPED when she didn't like the color. They changed colors with no problems. I must say, the house is beautiful.

Great! Fast! We had over 20 windows that were being replaced. They finished in one day. I was amazed. The interior trim was removed professionally and replaced. No damage! The windows look great! From our kitchen, it's like a picture window to our yard and pool.

This was terrible, I felt a deep betrayal of trust that the company fought hard to establish. I think it is really pathetic that they use that as a selling strategy to guilt the homeowner into trusting their false promises and quality work to significantly overcharge.

Everything was done on time, at the price quoted. One day for the complete installation and clean-up. I would recommend this company to anyone interested in a new roof.

Everything related to this job has been very positive to date. All of the contact personnel, inspector/salesperson, production manager,work crew, and office personnel have been very professional, courteous, and responsive to all of our questions and requests. The initial inspection was scheduled quickly, the actual work was completed in one day, and a recall visit(to handle a minor problem) was handled by the production manager within one day.

The experience was mixed overall. I just feel like I was overcharged and also patronized re: questions that I asked. The repairmen were late. They were to arrive by 9:30 AM and didn't arrive until Noon. They finished at the end of the evening, but it was dark and they didn't tell me about problems they had with repairs. At my initial appointment, I told the rep that I had squirrels in my attic and asked if I should get them removed before the work was done. I was told that they would be chased out by the gutter work. Then when it was complete, they were still there. I called to ask advice about removal or if they could recommend someone, no one called me back. I was quoted $7100 to replace my roof and I will have to do some comparison shopping, which is what I should have done with the gutters. My fault, hard lesson. I mentioned the squirrels again, and was told something different (as if the rep never made the first statement). I'm not stupid or crazy. I feel "jipped".

How about this for an honest company! We thought we had a leaking roof. Richard came to give us an estimate for roof repair. He took digital photos and showed us that the leak is caused by a defective chimney cap; he recommended a chimney repair company. Richard is bright, neat, helpful, and good to do business with. He also pointed out some other small fixes below the roof line that we can do ourselves.

Overall workmanship was satisfactory. Company representative, Richard, misrepresented several items. Some issues with cleanup and specific work agreed upon.

I was impressed with the quality of the work and the value. We are very pleased with the results.

Overall I was thoroughly impressed with the honesty and integrity Houseworth. I was surprised how fast they were able to repair the damage and the fact that they didn't push me off to the next day even though it was after hours.

Representatives (estimator and project manager) were professional and punctual. Roofers arrived on time and worked quickly. Clean-up was thorough. Project manager stopped by after job was complete to answer any questions. The roof looks great and it was a stress free experience.

Very pleasant - the price was right, they were prompt, and did not do unnecessary work.

The owner was very pleasant, on time and very knowledgeable. He tells you whats wrong but gives you the option as to whether to fix at that time or on another date. I would recommend this company.

Two men showed up on time and installed the ridge vents in just a few hours. They cleaned up after themselves and took away the excess roofing materials.

Albert was a good salesman, but not necessarily a good project manager. He showed up on time to the initial appointment. Was a good consultant and had suggestions on how to do the job most economically. However, on the day the workers showed up to actually do the work, Albert had not yet brought the materials! Once the materials arrived (3-4 hours later), the workers were quick, but a messy. They did not cover-up everything like Albert said they would. There was dust EVERYWHERE! Once, the workers ran out of primer and my husband had to go buy more since they could not get a hold of Albert. They worked quickly and got the job done ahead of schedule. But, again, left a mess behind. The next day as I was vacuuming up the dust, one of the workers knocked on the door requesting payment. I thought that was more than little bold. The end result is OK. We're in a small old house that we're looking to sell and the work is passable. Would not necessarily recommend them for high-end work.

We were quite pleased with the work done on our roof. The entire process was handled professionally, from the roof inspection to the installation. The work was started and completed on time. It is very obvious that they take pride in the work that they do. The project manager was present for most of the job - he always made a point to check in with us several times during the job to make sure that everything was going well and to see if we had any questions or concerns. They may possibly be a little more expensive than other companies, but I chose them because of their professionalism and reliability. I'm happy with my choice.

Richard called ahead to let me know he was on his way, and had sent two workers ahead to get started. I was very pleased with the work, and thought the price was well worth it. He also pointed out some issues on the roof, which I have called to schedule them to come back and take care of.

I would definitely refer this company to anyone seeking home repair. They were very pleasant to deal with & answered all of my questions. It was quick & painless.

Unfortunately, nothing happened on time. The initial visit, the people had the wrong color gutter and left. Then when they did return, the folks did not speak English and I had to go out 3 different times to explain what was needed and they were nice, but couldn't understand what was needed. My Husband, had to come home in the middle of the day to get them to understand and fix what they hadn't done correctly. While, everyone was very nice, the timeliness and lack of communication really caused a lot of issues.

Excellent. Everyone from Tiffany at the office, to the Richard that did the inspection and gave the bid to Byron that supervised the job. I had one concern once the work was done and Byron resolved immediately for me. The original bid was $750 and they have a coupon for $50 on your site which they were happy to redeem. I was very impressed and have asked them to bid on painting the exterior of my home as well. I can and will highly recommend them.

THE WORK WAS PERFORMED AS PROMISED, ONTIME AND WITH EXCELLENT CRAFTMANSHIP. AS A LOCAL PROVIDER OF SERVICE I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN AND RECOMMEND THEM. THEY WERE NOT THE CHEAPEST BUT YOU DON'T MIND WHEN THE JOB IS DONE THIS WELL.

A REPRESENTATIVE CAME OUT AND LOOKED AT WHAT WE NEEDED DONE. HE INCORRECTLY IDENTIFIED OUR GUTTERS AS GALVANIZED; THEY ARE ALUMINUM. STRANGE FOR A ROOFING AND GUTTER CONTRACTOR. HE SAID THE GREEN DISCOLORATION ON THEM WAS RUST, WHEN IT IS MILDEW. HE TOLD US THAT THEY DON'T TYPICALLY DO JOBS AS SMALL AS OURS, BUT HE WOULD PROVIDE AN ESTIMATE AFTER HIS CARPENTER CAME OUT TO LOOK AT IT. HOW DO THEY EXPECT TO GET THE BIGGER JOB IF THEY WON'T DO A SMALL ONE? THE CARPENTER, TO OUR KNOWLEDGE, NEVER CAME. NO ESTIMATE WAS EVER PROVIDED BY THE COMPANY.
