For a quick evaluation. "WOW"! Once we advised Housworth we were ready to proceed, everything progressed in a very timely manner. Richard kept in close contact with us from the beginning to the end of the project. He called to advise us that materials would be delivered on April 30th, and everything was here, in our driveway by 8 a.m. that day. The trash container arrived the next day by 7 a.m. and the roofing crew arrived by 8 a.m. as promised. They took great care to cover the bushes around the affected area, and also covered our personal contents stored in the attic BEFORE removing the old roof. The crew cleaned up as they worked and inspected the yard for any remaining debris when the job was completed. If we are ever unfortunate to have another "meeting" with the forces of nature, we'll definitely call Housworth. We have advised our insurance company of our complete satisfaction with Housworth and recommended they place them on one of their referral lists.

Todd came to the house to bid on replacing all windows in house (approx. 50) At end of his visit to measure and talk to me about project he said I would receive estimate in 2 days. 4 days later I called him and his excuse was that he was too busy and would get estimate to me next day. I finally received the estimate (2 days later) which was a one line email with a number, many misspellings and little product information. I had also asked him to get me information in attic insulation, but when I emailed him back he hadn't remembered that part. I sent him 15-20 additional questions about the project which he more or less answered adn we arranged for his installer to come to look at 2 custom windows to be replaced (when the installer came he spent 2 minutes and informed me it couldn't be done). The next day I asked Todd to quote an upgraded version of the windows he reccommended (premium grade not contractor grade). I haven't heard from him since.

Project went very well. We are completely satisfied. All company people were courteous, prompt, truthful, and were not pushy. We will use them again to complete other repairs.

Pipe gaskets and missing shingles were replaced as far as I can tell. My main concern is that a price for the work done was never itemized nor agreed to by me. When I didn't go with them for the siding replacement, Richard started dunning me for the entire $450 for the partial roof work already completed. Since the quick fixes they did perform took about 30 minutes and the really heavy duty portion was never started, I felt that $125 was sufficient for what they did complete. Richard protested and said it should at least be $150, which I then agreed to pay. However, he called back a few minutes later and insisted on the entire amount again! At that point, I decided not to speak verbally with him again and simply sent a check for $150 and a letter explaining that I had never agreed to any of this much less signed a contract for the work. Anyone considering them for a job should avoid letting them start anything, even if they indicate it's complementary, without a signed contract.

The experience was pleasant. They worked efficiently, and did a very good job cleaning up.

Richard was afraid he was not going to be able to make it to our house during the time period he had given us, so he called well in advance to let us know. I believe he still showed up in the original time period, though. He said the minimum repair fee was $150, but he'd just charge us $50 since it was such a simple repair. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and we will definitely call him again in the future. He was able to find the leak even though we had already had someone out to look at it and they couldn't find the problem.

They were on time and did the work quickly and professionally. Explained how to care for the PUB valve. Ronnow also checked the entire sprinkler system and checked the timer. The representative, Tony, was very nice. Everything went as well as I could expect.

This was not a complicated job. It was done well. Workers showed up on the agreed to days.

We are in a rental house. The owner has tried to have the leaky roof repaired without success by another group (that group has been here 4 times to fix the problem, but seem to be doing only a small portion of it each time). HOUSEWORTH gave an estimate and fixed the leak all within 10 days, plus they called at every step of the way to make sure to keep us informed of the timing of everything. We haven't had a severe rain storm to test the roof as of yet, but feel hopeful that they have fixed the leak. Also, because of our experience with them, we are having them bid on roofing and windows for the house we are building.

It was better than expected. From the time they came out for an estimate to the the time they finished, they were very professional and did fantastic work. The work was fantastic but the one thing that really stood out was the way the crew carried themselves. They were very considerate of our home and also the landscaping. It was a very professional group. They were much better than some companies that think they are 'superior'!!

I selected Housworth Roofing and Construction after receiving several estimates and meeting with their technician, Richard Anderson, on two occasions. Richard was flexible enough to meet with me twice during the estimate process, both occurring on Saturday mornings. Richard committed himself to explaining the entire re-roof process to my wife and I without pressuring to secure a contract. Housworth Roofing encouraged me to schedule the re-roof process as needed to fit my schedule. The project was completed on time and the work appears to be well done. Throughout the process, Housworth Roofing and Richard conducted themselves in a very professional manner and seemed to put my best interest first.

From the quoting process to the morning of the construction, Housworth was nothing by friendly, helpful and full of suggestions to make the project go smoothly and save us money. The crew arrived bright and early on the day scheduled to begin the siding and were done in less than a day. The crew handled the minor reconstruction beautifully and the siding and paint job are fantastic. We are very pleased with the job and will be calling them back to paint and reside our entire home in the near future.

Impressed by another companys rep, but chose Housworth to do the work because theyd discovered hail damage while repairing leakage from chimney and convinced insurance company to pay for re-roofing. Housworth supervisor Richard helped insurance rep inspect the roof.

The roof was replaced first and completed within hours. Siding repairs were far more extensive then originally thought. Decision was made to replace all Masonite siding with hardiplank, which was completed within a week. Gutters were completed a couple of days later but within hours. Workers were all very polite and courteous. Several walk arounds were performed and all follow ups were completed promptly. I requested the dumpster removal to be delayed over the weekend in order to do some house cleanup of my own. The dumpster was removed within hours of calling Richard. Overall I am very pleased and satisfied with the work performed on my house. It looks like a brand new house. Currently I am waiting for warranties for all projects, several requests were made to the office and they should be in the mail.

We have had an ongoing leak problem for over 3 years. We had been working with the builders to have it resolved. The builder had attempted numerous times to fix the leak, at least thats what we were told. Richard came out went on the roof and 10 minutes later came back and told me what needed to be done. He even told me I could get the sealing done for less, but that they would guarantee their work and if the leak wasn't fixed they would make it right. He explained the problem, even drawing pictures of the chimney and what he saw. He came out the next day and did the repairs. The next day we had a lot of heavy rain and NO LEAK! We are very pleased with the work and the customer service. Excellent.

Richard found two leaks. He took extra time explaining other issues that he found that were not specifically related to the leaks. I agreed to have all pipes on the roof resealed. They were able to complete the work the next day before the rain started.

Houseworth provided advice prior to the job on how best to perform the task and on what could be done if rot was discovered in the wood structure under the siding. They came at the time agreed and performed the job to our satisfaction. It has been a pleasure to deal with this company's representatives (Richard Anderson) and we recommend their services. We will certainly use their services again in the future.

We will certainly use their services again. Job 2: They did the entire tear off, re-roof & clean-up in 1 day w/a large crew. Richard Anderson supervised the job & reported on progress & problems, like the 15 incidents of unsealed nail hole rots, which only cost an extra $110 for 2 sheets of plywood used to cut out smaller replacement pieces. The site was left clean & the trash container was picked up the following day. The house looks beautiful - we are very pleased w/the work. Additionally, Richard had pointed out that we might have an insurance claim due to hail damage on the old roof, which proved to be a great hint as the insurance co. paid more than half of the cost of the new roof.

Overall, I'm very happy with the work. The subcontractor who installed the gutters had to come back at the Housworth Roofing rep's request. Then I was satisfied with the job.

We could not have asked for a better company to come investigate and fix our leaky roof. Richard was diligent in finding out where the leak was coming from - he went into our attic 3 different times to make sure he could accurately diagnose the problem. He took extra time explaining other issues that he found that were not specifically related to that leak and even gave me a tube of caulk for free so we could fix some things we could do ourselves. Richard came on a Thursday and told us he would have someone come fix the problem the next day - the techs arrived and were on time and got us taken care and were polite and courteous! We highly recommend this company and will use them again!

Very professional, had a roof tune-up, they found some minor repairs that needed to be addressed. Changed the flashings on all of the pipes. I would recommend this company for their prompt service, courteous personnel, and good work.

I was very satisfied with the work. The cost was competitive, and I was given a number of different options to solve my problem, complete with the risks of using each option. The job was completed on time and in the cost specified.

Housworth Roofing was very easy to deal with. I called them on Thursday and they setup an appointment to come out on Monday. They showed up promptly. Since the job was so small, they provided a quote and were able to fix our problem on the spot. Their representative was very professional and courteous.
