I wish you better luck than I had getting in touch with them.
Description of Work: This company was recommended to me by my HVAC service provider. The sales person never returned my calls. I had the work performed by someone else.

Description of Work: The company made three separate appointments and never showed for any of them. They didn't answer their phone when called nor did they respond to several messages left on their voice mail. The only way I could get through to them was to use a phone other than the one they knew and then they answered my call. Of course they didn't know it was me calling until they answered the phone. After one call from the new number I wasn't able to reach them again from that number. After three attempts, I have given up and it's really a shame because I wanted the insulation job done and I wanted to use theeir product. I found them to be totally unprofessional in their handling of this situation and wouldn't go near them again.
