+ -1 moreBrenda was one of the first to return our call. She met us Monday 8:00 a.m. to do a walk-through. We had originally scheduled one of her people to come that same day. But she offered to have someone come on Tuesday morning instead, on the FOURTH OF JULY, so that they could clean up after more of the repair work was completed! Her hourly rate was already among the lowest of the quotes we received. But as I explained we had spent a chunk of our budget on the first "service", she cut us a generous rate. She also negotiated on our behalf to get an extremely fair price on our windows. We paid for a limited number of hours of service, and her housekeeper did an amazing job in the time she was there. Brenda was extremely professional and a lovely person, someone I would love to have as a GUEST in my home. She was night-and-day different than the first service I hired. I could not have asked for more; she really saved us. Brenda Jones is the TRUE "angel".
Description of Work: Work included house cleaning after a move-out to get it ready for real estate showings. Cleaning involved all floors and surfaces; porcelain, fixtures and mirrors in kitchen and baths; wipe out of cabinets, light fixtures, and (8!) ceiling fans. This company also works with a professional window cleaner who gave us a fantastic discount on windows, cleaned inside and out including tracks and screens. After initially hiring a different company for house cleaning and windows that got good marks on Angie's List, we found ourselves in desperate need of a more thorough job. We were scheduled for an Open House on the Fourth of July, a Tuesday. Since repair work was still being done inside, we had pushed cleaning back as far as the first company would schedule, the Saturday before the Fourth. When they ended up walking off the job before it was completed, we were out of time! On Sunday, we called Brenda Jones at Concepts of Cleanliness.
