Installed 8 security cameras and DVR for $750. The system installed was below low end. Picture quality is terrible. When I queried about the terrible picture quality the response was " you bought the system" The only option offered to rectify the situation was for me to spend another $800. The installation was supposed to happen on friday, it was left unfinished and I was promised completion on Saturday, I got a call on Saturday that the parts had not arrived and I received a call and an email promising completion on Sunday...that did not happen and Monday was promised. The installer showed up Monday and when the system was turned on the terrible picture quality was discovered.Stay away from these folks - terrible product and service!

We are very saddened to obtain this review from Member. We went to his business and quoted him the 8 camera system at that time explained to him that the kit he was purchasing was not high end cameras, he agreed upon the kit stating cost was more important to him. After the installation was completed on Monday per his request for us to leave early on Friday. He did not like the quality of the cameras. We offered him several solutions one of which he actually told our installer he was looking into was purchasing the cameras he wanted and having us install them. We are more than happy to rectify this situation we can purchase the new cameras for him take back the ones we already installed and install at no cost to him the new ones however the price difference in the 420tvl cameras he purchased with the kit and the 650tvl cameras he is wanting put in is $800. We value every client here at CineMcKay and go above and beyond to make sure every experience they have is the best they ever will have.

It went well. They were very knowledgeable. It took a while as the fan was complicating. They were very patient and they stuck with the job until it was done. The price was reasonable.
