+ -1 moreShowed up promptly and gave a complete estimate and answered all questions related to the work. The gutters were done within a week of the estimate in color-matched aluminum (gutters and downspouts), great quality and crew cleaned up after themselves. The only glitch was that the actual start date of the work was not finalized before the crew showed up to change the gutters, but it worked out okay. I would recommend them again.

Description of Work: Heavy rain would cause water coming off the roof of our house to jump over the gutters in three places. In one of the spots the waterfall was so strong that it washed away mulch and dug holes in the ground. We thought we would need bigger gutters with more downspouts to solve the problem. We found Brockett Insulation and Gutters on Angie's List and called for an estimate. Bill Maddox, President, came the next day and gave us estimates on two scenarios that we had come up with, but he suggested a third that would solve the problem and be a bit more economical. We agreed to his recommendation. All of our 5-inch gutters were replaced with 6-inch gutters, using existing downspouts and no additional downspouts. We have experienced two heavy rains since the installation, and we have had no water jumping over the gutters anywhere. The job was completed in about five hours by two very competent and personable men, and Bill Maddox came out to check. I would definitely recommend this company. |

Description of Work: Bill came over to quote my job - I had two request.. 1. Add insulation to the roof of the garage (bedroom over the garage and heat is really impacting comfort level) and 2. add insulation to the attic. He quoted both out and provided me with a quote. When I agreed to the first service, his guys arrived on time. They explained what they needed to do and went to work. They worked very hard and spent a long time making sure it was done right and without issues. They even went the extra mile to make sure the ceiling was ready to be painted. This is the service you expect and this is the service you do not mind spending the money for because you feel that you received your money's worth in the end. Now, did the insulation help my comfort level in the bedroom? Yes, I can say that I have already been able to see a difference in the temperatures. Now we will get the attic done and hopefully that will be everything needed to have a pleasant summer.

+ -1 moreWhen I called for an estimate Bill Maddox the owner was at my home the next day and the work began 3 days later. Very professional and hardworking is the best way to describe Antonio and his team. The job was completed in 6 hours and the cleanup was excellent including sweeping of the deck and front of the house where the pine straw might have been disturbed. I am very satisfied so much in fact they will be returning in 2 weeks to cap all my window frames in aluminum. I would highly recommend Brockett Insulation and Gutters to anyone.
