Appliance Repair Quality

The technician was professional and friendly. He evaluated the problem and tried several things to repair our ice maker to save us money, without just saying "it's broken and the whole thing has to be replaced". Upon job completion, he cared enough to ask us to follow up by texting him to let him know that it was working as expected.

I have a 2 oven with gas top range, approximately 6 years old. I was afraid that I was going to have to replace the entire unit but decided to give Dimitry a call. He arranged to have one of his service repairmen over the next day to evaluate. A GE equivalent part was ordered and replaced a few days later. Very reasonable price for both part and labor. I will definitely call Dimitry when something breaks again!

Awesome! Dmitry had our oven's motherboard refurbished and saved us thousands of dollars. He also repaired our 20+ yr old KitchenAid Refrigerator.

Not good. Unable to repair. It appears that if they can replace circuit board then they can fix. But it appears if that doesn't fix it they don't know what to do. Is it the repairman or our digital age. If the the solid state is broke, replace or throw the machine away. Good news is it cost me only $50. The bad news, I'm now going on my 4th week of no washing machine. Probably another week to find replacement. By the way he didn't offer me an option to replace machine.

I contacted Appliance Repair Quality very late in the day and got an immediate response from Dmitry. He set up a service call for the next morning with Dean who diagnosed the issue, obtained the required part, and then returned right away to compete the repair. Excellent prompt service and very reasonable pricing. I will definitely call for any appliance repairs in the future.

Dmitry was very quick getting back with us on our needs and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Tony came out and diagnosed both problems within minutes. Parts needed were on his truck, and the job was done within an hour and a half. He was on time, wore a mask, and did a great job. We will definitely call on Appliance Repair Quality if we need future appliance repair.

Dmitry from Appliance repair was a pleasure to work with. I had my refrigerator, garbage disposal replaced and dryer fixed by him. Very honest and dependable . Not only did Dmitry, the owner of Appliance Repair Quality call me immediately, he stayed connected during our entire refrigerator repair, even after. His repairman was also professional and diligent and he explained everything he was doing. I wanted to leave this review because they were nice, generous and went above and beyond to make us happy. And the price of the repair was very reasonable, a boon for our limited budget! And it's obvious they'll be there for us should anything go wrong, but their repair has kept our older Whirpool Gold refrigerator alive and running great for a while now. I can't tell you how much I preferred this personal service over the big service chains that are expensive before they even fix anything. Very happy to find this old-style, caring, experienced service! Give them a chance to make you happy too.

The tech did an assessment and found that the gas was simply turned off at the wall. ( we had workers in recently that must have left it off and we don’t live in the house). He then ‘did the repair’ (turned it on) without my agreement to do the ‘repair‘, and then charged me an additional $20 for the ‘repair’, for a total of $65 for seconds of his time. I’m not impressed with the customer service or the poor attitude. I can see still charging the assessment fee, but the ‘repair ‘ was not agreed to and should not have been charged. Definitely would not use again.

Dmitry did a fantastic job fixing the ice maker on our refrigerator. It had not been working for almost 2 years. He was prompt, courteous and very professional. He was very honest about the problem and only fixed what was necessary. He definitely knows his stuff. Now we have ice, just in time for summer! We'll be sure to call him again if the need arises.

Dmitry was great , he came promptly, diagnosed the problem , had one of the spare parts in his van but had to order another one. He came back with it a day later. Fixed our machine , cleaned up after himself , very professional, good repair , no problems since. A nice man.

After multiple attempts to get my washer fixed by other appliance repair companies, I found Dmitry. Within the day, my washer was fixed. He was knowledgeable, and prompt. I also called him when I thought my dryer might be failing. He was able to help me over the phone at no cost. Going forward, Dmitry is my go to for all appliance repairs.

We had the mysterious noise that could not be accounted for. I called APQ -- they got right back. I described the situation and shortly thereafter I received a call with a time window of when the tech would come by. The tech called when he was coming and arrived well within the time range. He was polite, knowledgeable, worked quickly, cleaned up after himself and give me some advice on things to do to get the best out of our fridge. The cost was very reasonable and I would not hesitate to call them again.

Dmitry is a great technician . He has repaired our microwave, washer and dryer at home and another washer at our place of business. I have recommended him and his services to neighbors and friends. He is honest and very reliable.

They came out once, determined which part was needed, then returned to replace it.
