I called that morning and had same day service. The repair man was knowledgeable and was able to explain the issue to me in layman’s terms so that I understood the problem and what it would take to fix the problem. I was pleased to have my washer up and running again in a timely manor. I will definitely use them again.

Quick response, very knowledgeable, thorough, and honest. I have had several issues with my refrigerator and he has fixed each of them. I appreciate his follow up the next day to be sure everything had cooled as expected and was working properly. Definitely recommend his service!

Best appliance repair service I have ever experienced. Same day service (I called early morning), washing machine was fixed in less then an hour. Refrigerator took more time because it needed a new compressor (unit was 20-25 years old). Better than buying a new one. Repair fees are very reasonable. I will not use any other appliance repair service after my experience with Appliance Repair Quality.

Dmitry was awesome. We found him to be very responsive, knowledgeable, and most importantly honest. We called Dmitry to fix our dishwasher that we thought was going to be an expensive repair or maybe even require a new dishwasher. Dmitry came over within hours of us calling him and diagnosed the problem quickly. Although he could have told us the problem was something expensive and we wouldn’t have known any different, he was honest with us a fixed the issue without replacing any parts, so all we had to pay was his base fee for coming out and then the small amount of labor time. We’ll definitely use Dmitry for any household appliance issues in the future.
