Terrific! Jackie Bradley, the owner, was there, working with her crew of two Hispanic Superman. She gave me a price the day before, but needed two men rather than one and so came back the next day Friday, September 5th and did the job in under three hours. She loaded large plastic cans of rubbish and these two guys hoisted these very heavy cans (or piles of lumber) up on their backs and charged up the hill, up a ladder to their large truck and dumped the stuff, then charged back down the hill for the next load.. a work ethic hard to duplicate these days. I gave her an extra $100.00 bonus over the $375.00 charge with the instructions to make her crew happy. (I am going to now make a plug for an ethnic group. Over the last several years we have had new Hardiboard siding put on our house, then the house painted, new gutters installed and new roof shingles installed, all using different Hispanic crews. I was blown away at the combination of great work ethic, great skill and remarkable endurance these men exhibited. We need these vital qualities more than ever in our country today and these guys had it all! Enough said.) Back to our hauling project. They were extremely cooperative, the price was very good and they had a large well maintained truck which had a top net to cover the rubbish so it would not blow all over the road during travel. I CONTACTED SEVERAL HAULERS IN THE AREA. OVER THE PHONE THIS COMPANY WAS MOST PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL. I FELT THEY WERE UPFRONT ON THE SERVICE THEY PROVIDED AND METHOD OF CHARGING SO I SET AN APPOINTMENT WITH THEM. THEY ARRIVED 10 MINUTES EARLY. THEY HAD A HUGE TRUCK, WHICH WAS SOMETHING I WAS WORRYING ABOUT HAVING ALL THE STUFF WE HAD FITTING. THE CREW THAT ARRIVED WAS JUST AS PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY AS THE PHONE REPRESENTATIVE. I TOOK THEM THROUGH THE HOUSE, GARAGE, BASEMENT, OUTSIDE AREA AND SHED. I WAS GIVEN AN EXACT PRICE BASED ON THE SIZE OF THE LOAD, WHICH ALIGNED CLOSELY TO THE FIGURE I HAD COME UP WITH BASED ON THE INFORMATION I WAS GIVEN OVER THE PHONE. I LIKED THE IDEA I PAID BY HOW MUCH STUFF I HAD; NOT HOW LONG IT TOOK TO GET IT TO THE TRUCK. THE CREW WAS EXTREMELY FAST AND FRIENDLY. THEY EVEN SWEPT THE GARAGE AND BASEMENT WHICH I APPRECIATED.
