+ -1 moreHorrible! This was the 3rd time I have used this company. Previous two times had no issues and service was done well and on time. This 3rd time on August 19th, Doug appeared to be more worried about getting paid than providing service required. I paid $600 for him to add 8 lbs of freon to a 10 year old AC unit. That very evening the unit was still not cooling. I have now discovered, from a different HVAC contractor, the unit has a very serious leak that will cost as much to repair as to replace. I wasted $600 paid to All Pro Mechanical when I now have to replace the unit 3 days later.
Description of Work: Air Conditioning Unit Service for a rental house in Johns Creek, GA.
