Description of Work: From submitting the bid, to the completion of the project, First Fence was very professional and kept me informed. One point that set them apart was their attention to detail when submitting the bid. They listened when I discussed gate placement and how I wanted the self-closing gates to swing in rather than out, making it harder for for my dogs to escape if gates were left open. Other companies did not have all the details in the bid, or they had them incorrect. If attention to detail is not reflected in the bid, I felt the final product would suffer. They also offered knowledgeable suggestions/choices that most other companies did not. Also, the manufacturer sent upgraded gates to the warehouse by mistake, and they First Fence called immediately, detailing the problem, and offered the upgraded gates at no extra cost, if I wanted them, or I could wait a day or two for the standard gates. I can highly recommend their services.
