Description of Work: Everything went fine but the person the repair promised to drop off a water filter for my refrigerator (it had been discontinued and this guy nicely offered to give me one he had) but he never brought it by or even told me he couldn't do it, which would have been fine. I just don't like someone saying they'll do something and then not doing it. I did also call him to remind him but never heard back.

Description of Work: A1 was called to repair the refrigerator ice maker. First guy did not have the skills to do it. They sent another guy out who took a long time, but he got it done and there was no additional cost for the long time they took to do the job. I was satisfied with the results.

Description of Work: Had to have them out a few times for ice maker. They were good about returning the previous part that I didn't need and applying that credit toward the part they thought I needed. The ice maker worked for a brief period and has never worked since. Very professional and courteous technicians, just couldn't fix the ice maker. Paid a lot of money for nothing!

Description of Work: I moved to a new house and when i connected my dryer to the outlet the dryer started but it was not heating up. I took help from A1 APPLIANCE RESCUE and they very honestly explained me the reason and asked me to contact my builder and request them to fix the outlet. Instead of fooling me with some weird problems and charging me some extra $ they gave me a real good advice. I discussed the issue with my builder and they fixed the outlet later.I will definitely recommend them to others in future.

Description of Work: I had a washing machine that was Smoking! The repair man didn't believe me. He fiddled around and said there was nothing wrong. The washer smoked again when I tried to use it after he left. I called back. Same guy came. He fiddled around again and said it would cost over $600.00 to repair. I said thanks and showed him the door.

Description of Work: Represented as an authorized repair service for LG. Said could only do certain services for LG upon arrival. Did a good job of identifying a minor problem (thought to be something different by homeowner). Gave us temporary solution because they did not have repair part. Indicated they would order part and follow up.
