"The appraiser was very prompt with getting back to me. He came out very quickly; He was not at my home for very long, very polite and professional. I did receive my appraisal back in the time frame he gave me and I was very pleased with my report, Very professional and he took great pictures. He was also able to get very good comparable sales that were within 1 mile of my home and he was able to find very recent sales. I would absolutely use his services again."
