They came out and gave me a quote immediately after I called them. They had an cancellation the next day and gave me a discount if they could start immediately, which made me very happy. They did the work promised, added a few extra things at no extra charge, cleaned up afterwards, and came back several days later to do something extra to help me, again at no extra charge. They were very pleasant to deal with during the whole project. I would not even consider calling anyone else when I need more work done. They are an example of the service I wish I received form other contractors.

Tyler and his crew were very thorough and professional. Of the 5 concrete contractors I requested quotes from, he was one of two that actually took the time to do a site survey. During the time he was walking the project with me he pointed out a major issue that would have probably gone unnoticed till work started if I had hired another contractor. He noticed that the steps at our front door had collapsed due to the concrete below them completely falling away from the basement wall. Tyler and his crew took care of this issue and made us new steps, a great sidewalk up to our front door and an additional sidewalk going from our driveway all the way down to our basement door and patio. Tyler visited our home on Thursday and the work was completed the following Monday. It would have been completed the next day were it not for rainy weather. I definitely recommend Tyler Gilson Concrete for any concrete project.

Other companies only wanted to due a full replacement of my driveway, which I could not afford. Tyler was willing to work with me and come up with a quote that allowed me to replace the damaged concrete and leave the rest.

Tyler was very quick to respond to my call even though he was on his way out of town. We made an appointment at which time he was very thorough about what needed to be done to our existing patio. His crew showed up for the demolition as scheduled and poured the concrete the next morning. It looks great and couldn't be happier with the work ethic of all involved.
