Tile Everything

Tom is very professional. He came to give me an estimate, referred me to a tile outlet store. On the day of install, the team did an excellent job with tile install and kept the place clean.

Professional, on time and nice people. Their tile work is excellent. No complaints about the job and I will definitely have them out to quote the next job.

We called Tom and his team when we found our shower pan leaking form a remodel two years earlier. Tom didn't do the original work, but when he looked at the shower was able to explain where the issues were and also found some additional issues that needed to be addressed while he was working on the shower. Overall, they came in quickly, addressed the issues and completed the work in just a few days. They did a great job keeping the area clean at the end of each day and were completely professional. I would hire these guys again without question.

Excellent. Tom came right away to give free estimate. He was helpful during planning process/picking out materials. He was able to schedule the project the very next day after I got my tile and materials. During the project, Tom made sure to communicate estimated start and end time for each day. He cleaned up daily. Most importantly, we love how the tile looks. Pictures are attached before I had a chance to clean up the area.

Great! Tom communicated well regarding the estimate, scheduling and completing the work. We decided on the tile layout once the demo was complete. The spaces are all contiguous, so it was a detailed job to continue the pattern in all of the spaces. We were able to use the kitchen the majority of the time, so the impact wasn’t as bad as one would think! Would recommend Tom any day. It turned out beautifully!!

We are very pleased with the work done. The installers were able to reuse most of our original tiles. We were very happy that they could reuse the original tiles because the replacement batch we purchased were actually a little bit smaller than the ones that were currently down. The installers cleaned up after themselves and were very pleasant to work with.

We could not be happier with the job Tom French from Tile Everything did for us! From start to finish, we were very pleased. Tom was professional and quick to respond. He answered all of my questions, quoted a reasonable price, and worked within my schedule to install the backsplash. It looks amazing!

I am very happy with the job he did. The first thing he did was lay down drop cloths from the door way to the bathroom to protect my carpeting. We discussed how I wanted the tile laid, and he got right to work. Tom was very responsive, professional and diligent in his work. I will absolutely hire him again!

Tom came out on Saturday, within 2 days of my call, to look at what needed to be done. He gave me both best case and worst case scenarios after I asked. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He did not try to upsell me and listened to what I wanted. He got the quote to me the same day, which sounded very reasonable and gave me a time frame for the length of the job. When I let him know that we would like Tile Everything to do the work, he let me know Pablo was coming on Thursday. Pablo was very prompt and went over what we wanted done and started immediately after covering the area with plastic as well as a drop cloth to protect it from the dust. He even built me a shelf in the wall and was completely done by Saturday...just 2 days. The job was done efficiently with excellent communication from both Tom and Pablo all along the way. They were both kind and courteous, and I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Excellent in all regards. We used Tom French, Tile Everything to tile our master bath about 8 months ago - all high end products, marble and stacked stone. This time we needed two bathrooms in a rental condo that we own updated, demo and update, all basic ceramic tile. Again, Tom's work was outstanding. Tom is professional, prompt, excellent at maintaining his stated schedule and communicating daily, and above all does superior work. The two bathrooms look fantastic. Also, Tom made recommendations that improved the design without increasing the cost.

Tom and his team were very easy to work with. From the quoting process, to scheduling the work, to the work itself, they were flexible and professional. The work was done on time and I’m very pleased with the quality of the workmanship.

We had 33 square feet of glass subway tile (kitchen backsplash) installed last week and we are very happy with the job that Tom did. I had already removed the old tile myself and this caused some damage to the drywall in the process. Tom completely tore out and replaced the damaged drywall and installed the new glass tile for what I thought was a very fair price. I could have hired a regular handyman to do the work for slightly less but I wanted to use a tile specialist to make sure the job was done right since glass tile can be tricky to work with. Tom French did not disappoint and our backsplash looks fantastic.

We did a LOT of research and interviewed several tile installers before deciding to go with Tile Everything based off the reviews here on Angie's list and we were not disappointed. Tom is very professional, personable, responsive and does excellent work. He was mid range on our quotes but still very reasonable. We bought some very unique tile that was a mixture of glass and stainless steel and wanted it installed as a back splash. It wasn't a hard job but a tedious one and would require someone with the skills and patience to do it right. Tom was very confident in his skills and it came out looking great. We are very picky on quality and he was able to meet our rigid standards. He completed the job in a day and we are very happy with the outcome. His cash only policy is the only thing we would change but overall we would highly recommend.

Tom was great! He is super busy, so don't expect to get the job done the week you call, but the wait is worth it! He ripped out the existing backsplash (approx. 35 sq ft), fireplace marble (approx. 15 sq ft), and basement tiles (approx. 120sq ft) and replaced it all. I supplied the tile, metal trim, and grout, he supplied any other materials. The work was done in 5 days (two short days and three normal days). He cleaned up as much as I expected, but I did have to deal with the normal construction dust (especially in the basement where he had to jackhammer to get the old tile up). He was very responsive to my questions and fixed any issues I saw after each days work (I am pretty picky). I will most certainly hire him again for any tile work in the future! It was a pleasure working with him!

Tom and Pablo did an excellent job laying in new marble and porcelain patterns! We would gladly have Tile Everything here for future projects.
