Tom and his crew did a fantastic job. I highly recommend and will use him again. Job was completed on time and at the price quoted. No hidden charges. No “oops”. During this entire bathroom remodel - the portion that Tom's group handled was the phase that was painless.

Tom and Pablo were great to work with. Tom explained the process and made great suggestions. Pablo also was great to work with, both are very professional and attentive to my questions and suggestions. This was not a quick or cheap process, but I do not regret going with them at all. I have used cheaper labor in the past and I have regret it. The quality and workmanship just wasn’t there. Every time I look at my floors I can’t believe how much I love them! I will definitely, hire Tom and Pablo again for another tile work.

Tile Everything was great with explaining how the job would go from start to finish. They were on time and forthcoming with all the information to keep my family informed! I would defiantly hire them again! Floor and backsplash looked better than I thought and their ideas of installing tile are modern and gave a few patterns for us to choose from.

I have hired Tom several times over the years and grew very comfortable with him and Pablo. He has completed 2 of 4 bathrooms for me. For this last one he gave me a $200 discount (per my request). What makes me give this a 1 is how he treated me at the end of this job. He did not install grab bar so I reminded him of it. He was to also come back and put in sink faucets. I told him husband would try but he assured me no problem we’ll take care of it if he doesn’t. When Pablo came to our in grab bar he stated he knew nothing of the faucet and did not bring supplies to do it. I tried calling and texting Tom to clear up the matter. After Pablo left Tom texted me a nasty message stating how disappointed he was that after all these years of knowing us that we couldn’t figure it out and give Pablo $75-100 and that he had given me a discount! Really for something that was supposed to part of the job! Although it was supposed to be completed as mentioned in quote I would have been willing to do that to get it done and be able to use my sink!!!!! I had already paid him in full with his assurances that he would be back to finish things! Shame on me for trusting him. Beware and make sure that EVERYTHING is done and you are TOTALLY SATISFIED before you write that final check! He initially warned me and told me to hold back a couple of hundred so they had an incentive to come back and finish then when I was going to do that out on awe come on you know us so I did with his promise. I will no longer refer him or use him for my last bathroom I had planned to remodel...sad but what a way to end! Totally disappointed !!!!!

Tom and Pablo from Tile Everything were amazing! They came through in a crunch on kitchen backsplash projects for 2 apartment renovations we were doing. Tom did an excellent job and it is very clear he knows what he is doing. He is very detailed oriented and a perfectionist. Our new tile floors look fabulous. The work was perform with professionalism and finished the project in a timely manner. We definitely will hire again!

The job went smoothly and Tom’s work was top notch. This job was delayed twice due to our cabinet contractor, but Tom was flexible and easy to communicate with. He showed up exactly when he said he would and everything was done exactly as he said it would be done. It’s always a pleasure to work with honest, experienced professionals like Tom French. Tom removed the tile on my bathroom floor and installed new tile. He was very professional, very friendly, and the tile floor looks amazing. His prices were very inexpensive. The other quote I received was double Tom's prices. We will definitely use him again for future projects.

I decided to contact Tom because of his rave reviews here on Angie's. He was very responsive, kept in excellent communication and was very patient and professional throughout the entire process. The tiles I chose were not the easiest to work with, but Tom and his crew did a wonderful job and my new backsplash looks amazing. A+ work and overall experience, definitely would hire again for future tile projects.

Overall excellent experience. Tom was very communicative and knew his stuff. They kept me abreast of their schedule and asked me relevant questions that I hadn't considered about the project. They recommended a supplier near me that was similarly easy to work with and saved me the hassle of transporting the tile myself. No nonsense or sales pitch. They just delivered what I wanted, on time, with good craftsmanship and at a competitive price. Couldn't recommend them more highly.
