The quality of the work was great. They were prompt and on time. They paid attention to detail and the cleanup was good. They were very professional.

Tom and his assistant showed up on time. They were very thorough in covering up all of the floors leading to the bathroom so as not to track anything on the carpets. They also covered up the bathroom to help reduce the dust from having to remove the old grout. I'm very happy with the work they did!

From start to finish: Tile Everything did anything and everything you would hope for when hiring a contractor. All went smoothly--I didn't have to do a thing, other than answer a few questions. They cleaned each time they left for the day, I could hardly tell they had come and gone. Tom is very creative, and helped me make decisions, even when I was unsure exactly what I wanted. I can't say enough as to how happy I am with his work.

Tom came out on Sat., evaluated the space, knew what we needed and was eager to get this small project going. He was available that next Mon., so we went for it. He and his assistant came on time, were professional, and as clean as they could be while taking out a crumbling concrete floor. They found and fixed the problem that caused the previous tile to crack. The floor looks beautiful and durable now. Special appreciation for having to work on the rainiest day so far this fall, especially since we don't have a garage or covering for our townhouse. They were done in one day, so I didn't have to go too long without a washer and dryer. We will be doing a bathroom floor in the near futrue, and will definitley have them come out again.

I called Tile Everything on Wed. Tom French, the owner, came out that afternoon and gave me an estimate for the work and set a day and time for it to be done. He and his tile man showed up promptly on Sat. morning and started work. I had loose, cracked grout in my master bath shower. My husband had tried to 'fix' it a couple of years ago, but it continued to crack. The work was done efficiently and quickly. The bathroom was left immaculate when the work was done and they left. I am very pleased with the work, the people and the efficiency of this company. They are true professionals.

These guys are good! I can't say enough about Tom and his team for the fantastic job they did both for my in-town condo floor and shower. I am a home do-it-your-selfer but this job was too big. Critical as I am they came in and finished the tile floors throughout the place after I had fired another sub. Also, I had them come back to remodeled my shower with tile to the ceiling. I was extremely pleased both with their professionalism to handle matching old tile and giving them a key to come and go as the job required. The place looks amazing. I will only be using Tile Everything in the future!

The quality of his tile work is absolutely superb. Very creative and the workmanship is flawless. His subcontractors and crew are polite and professional. Tom also stripped wallpaper and painted for us; installed vessel sinks and plumbing..... He really went the extra mile for us. Everything about our experience with Tile Everything was positive. Great price, impeccable quality and on-time delivery....best contractor we have ever hired. We are going to have him back to tile our patio and upgrade some areas in our kitchen. Highly recommend this contractor.

The job went well from start to finish.

Tom came to give me an estimate, was on time and professional. He made some suggestions and told me how much to buy. He and Pablo came to do the install on Thursday of the following week and finished on Friday. The backsplash looks gorgeous! They were quick and cleaned up after the job was complete. I am very satisfied with the work they have done and would hire them again for any future tile work. By the way, Tile Everything was the third estimate I got. The other two came from Service Magic and I felt were too high for tiling a backsplash. I felt Tom's estimate was more reasonable and fair for the amount of work that needed to be done.

We asked them to assess and quote a backsplash that was incomplete and poorly constructed by another contractor. Our phone call was quickly returned. We were in a time crunch with a vacation and they quickly came out to assess the project and gave us a quote the same day. We also had another Angie's List company to give us a quote that was rated as high as Tile Everything. That company was 5x more. We just finished our hardwood floors and we asked that they be extra careful coming in and out of the house which they were more than willing to do. We communicated well and barely knew they were here.

He did an excellent job and was able to complete this project in 1 day. Tom was professional and great to work with; I would definitely hire him again!

He arrived on time, measured each area, and answered all of my questions. I never felt rushed or pressured. He provided a detailed portfolio of his work and references from his customers. The evening of the day he initially visited my home I received an email from him with a clear, organized estimate of his charges and time-frame to do the work. He was able to start the job within one week and completed everything ahead of schedule. His work was immaculate and precise. I requested some of the areas to be done with the tile arranged diagonally. This pattern required more cuts and his were intricate and flawless. He left my home neat and clean.
