Tile Everything

Tile Everything did and outstanding job in my home. I had Tom and his team tear down and then tile my Master bathroom shower and the adjoining jacuzzi tub plus retile 2 bathroom floors. He repaired the walls and the shower floor in a professional manner. Before the start, Tom met with my wife and me and sent us to a tile store that he recommended. They had a huge selection and we got a discount there as well. He picked up all of the tile so it was hassle free for me. Towards the end of the job, we did not have enough bullnose tile and Tom went to the store and picked more up for us. Tom is busy which is a good sign that he does good work so it took about a month before the work could be started. He knew I wanted it done quickly so he agreed to work over Thanksgiving while I was away. He took care of my house, sent me pictures during the process, and we spoke frequently so I felt comfortable having him and his team in my house. Tom's prices were competitive and for the quality of the work he does, I would say his prices are low. I think of Tom as an artist since he takes pride in his work and it shows. He could do any tile design and he stands behind his work. He also recommended a person to install the shower doors in 2 bathrooms and the prices and quality were great as well. The only issue that I had was one of Tom's workers drove over a small portion of my lawn. Tom was apologetic and paid for the lawn to be repaired. What a great way to keep a customer happy because I didn't even have to ask for him to fix it--he offered to pay for it as soon as it happened without even knowing how much it would cost. I look at my shower and floors every day and I am so happy I used Tom at Tile Everything.

Tom French has to be the best tile guy in Metro Atlanta. When I made an inquiry on Angie's List he called me back and came out the same day to give me a quote. The next morning I had a email from him with a quote for all of the work. Because I was overwhelmed with process of picking out the tile and wanting it to be all tied together Tom met me at the tile store. He helped me pick out the tile, he gave them the calculations, he picked out the grout colors and then when it was time to start the job he went and picked it all up and brought it to the house. Tom and Pablo were very professional and I was very happy with their work, their punctuality, and how they neatly cleaned up everyday. During the time they were working on this project I had to leave town for about 10 days and my sister stayed to dog sit, when she would to go to work Tom and Pablo would even let the dogs out when they needed to go. They are just great guys! While I was out of town, Tom would call and give me updates about how everything was going. The project was completed on time for exactly the quoted amount and they did an awesome job.

Due to a horrible experience with another tiling company (also on Angie's List) we needed to find another company to complete a shower. Researched on Angie's List again and this time selected Tile Everything due to the outstanding reviews. We made the right decision as Tom French has done a beautiful job for us. We couldn't be happier. His professional approach and the pride he takes in his work has demonstrated to us that tiling can be done within a reasonable time frame and cost. Initially we were going to have two bathroom floors cleaned and paint the grout at the same time they would tile shower and backsplash. When Tom realized that the paint would not look good he recommended putting in new floors. He even offered to pay the difference. We were impressed with his honest approach. Together we reached a very reasonable price for this unexpected work and both floors look terrific. Pablo, Tom's employee, is a true artisan. He did placed each tile with care and his attention to the overall look of the job was outstanding. We have really seen the dark side of a remodeling job but thankfully, Tom and Pablo have renewed our faith. We recommend Tile Everything and you will be very lucky to have them do your project.

Tom gave me a quote and stuck to it. He recommended a dealer where I found a very suitable tile. Tom and crew showed up punctually, worked neatly and did a thoroughly professional job. He answered all my questions and explained his process. I am completely satisfied with the work Tom did and the way he handles his business. I will use Tom's services again.

Tom came out to our home and gave us the estimate for the job. He was very professional and nice. The next week, Tom, Pablo and Elliott, his installers started work on our basement floor. They arrived each morning "Exactly on Time". As some of you my know concrete floors may look level, but have a lot of uneven spots in them, ours was one of those. They installed our floor Perfectly, even where the floor had drops from 1/2 inch to 1 inch uneven areas. Tom's team worked everyday for a week and did a beautiful job on our basement. I have to state that my husband and I are overwhelmed with the quality of the job we received from Tile Everything. We are getting ready to have Tile Everything, tile our upstairs Master bath and a half bath that are dated. Thanks again Tile Everything for a job well done.

Tom came out and gave me a quote very promptly. He recommended a place for me to buy the tile and they gave me his discount. He then picked up the tile for me and came and installed it. They did a great job, I could not be happier with how it looks. Tom and his guys were very professional and were great a communicating throughout the process. When I have a need again they will be my first call.

They showed up on time and consulted with me to make sure that the tile was installed just as I wished. Extensive damage was uncovered when the old floor was removed and, after consulting with me again, they bought the materials necessary to fix it. (This cost an extra $260 which is included in the amount above). The repair was excellent and the tile was installed perfectly. I intend to use Tile Everything for the next bath project and for the kitchen.

We wanted to remove carpet from our master bath and install porcelain tiles. I called Tom around noon time to get an estimate and left him a voicemail. I was surprised to get a call from Tom by the same evening. From my personal experience it usually takes 2 to 3 days when the contractor makes the first contact. Tom promised me to come down to our house the next morning to take a look and provide an estimate. His measurements were thorough. He made some valuable suggestions regarding the layout & the type of tiles we would need. His written estimate was very reasonable. In fact he quoted 15 sq ft less tiles than the previous estimates we got from 2-3 other contractors. Eventually we were left with one unopened box of tiles and I?m more than happy to return it to the store. He also offered to pick up the tiles & materials from the store. We had some scheduling issues as both of us work but Tom was very accommodating and rescheduled his work as per our availability. We are very satisfied with our tile installation. Tom?s assistant Pablo did a wonderful job. Pablo is a wonderful guy and very nice. He was very clean and meticulous about his work. He covered the hallway, stairs and the pathway to the master bath with sheets and covers. The entire installation work was hassle free. We?re not present at our house all the time and could easily trust Pablo with his work. At the end of each day he would neatly stack his tools, equipments and materials in our garage. The work was done in 3 days. Pablo even fixed our front door handle set lock which would have easily cost me an arm or a leg. Overall the work was excellent and we are very satisfied with the quality. Would definitely hire Tom for future work.

Tom gave me a brief description on the phone of what would need to be done. I called him from the referrals from Angie's List and was NOT disappointed at all. He is such an honest person when speaking to him and he gave me good advice as to what to expect that I had to wait 2 weeks for him to do the job, but was willing to wait. I was so happy that I chose to do this. Tom and Pablo did an amazing job with their work. They are professional, unobtrusive, cleaned up after each day, told us every step of the way as to what to expect. He delivered on his promises and workmanship. Tom gave me a written estimate after he visited my home and stuck to the penny. They like being creative in their tiling expertise and wow do I have a gorgeous shower stall in my master bathroom. I will hire him again AND recommend him to anyone that needs this type of work done. Thank you Tom.

The service experience went great - Tom was very responsive and willing to accommodate my schedule. The sunroom floor looks like new! I would recommend Tile Everything to anyone who wants excellent results and on a budget!!

Tile Everything was excellent, Tom had given us a written estimate to have floor tile installed one year ago, we had put the installation off for one year due to an auto accident. I called Tom back one year later and he was still willing to complete the installation with the same estimate he had given us a year ago with no questions asked. Tom & his team were responsive, prompt and very detailed throughout the entire installation process. Tom & his team started when they said they would & finished up one day earlier than planned. Tom is the owner of Tile Everything and does the work himself, I will definately use Tom & his team again and they are definately at the top of my list of referrals to my friends and family.

Tom's team did a fantastic job! The work was done quickly and it looks even better than we'd hoped. We've already recommended him to several friends and we'll definitely have him complete more work in our home.

I was very satisfied with the quality of the work. However, I was surprised they didn't reset the toilet. Come to find out the toilet was broken though they they were responsible. They installed the tub surround that went well and I was thrilled with the transformation. They didn't install the base in the bathroom because I had additional work to do so I could install it quite yet. They were quick to respond, they understood my issues with the former guy and that I was dead in the water until I got that tile work done and I was so behind. They were very responsive and started immediately after I paid a 50% deposit which I had reservations but understood the power of Angie's List so I went ahead and did so. He began immediately. I supplied all of the tile and grout as well as the design. I was very satisfied with the work the speed in which they completed the work and the quality. Okay, full disclosure, I am an architect and extremely picky so the quality of hi work was EXCELLENT. I asked him to do another project after another contractor was very unresponsive. But I ended up getting another contractor to do the work just because it was more convenient for me. I would definitely use them again and recommend them in the future. My property is over 100 years young, very quirky and difficult. This is the first apartment I was forced to do this large scale renovation and had a strict budget and time frame to complete.

Tom was very responsive, always on-time and worked very "clean"! He and his team did great work with the marble tile I supplied; even cut the tile to fit around an intricate moulding and installed a custom glass tile mosaic insert. I will absolutely use Tile Everything in the future and will recommend Tom and his crew to my firends!

Very good overall experience Tom and his helper couldn't have been better in anyway, and we look forward to working with him in the future. Would highly recomend!

Tom French & his helper did a great on the shower we had them re-grout. Tom responded quickly to my inquiry on Angie's List & got an estimate very fast. He took a look at the area and was honest with me on what needed to be done & what his recommendations were for the project. The work was completed in 1 day & turned out beautifully. They were very professional & cleaned up the area, leaving the bathroom looking very nice & back to new!

Professional, courteous consultation lead to us hiring my neighborhood electrician. They were quick to work with our remodel schedule and complete the job in a morning.

The project went great! They worked on it for two days, with me supplying the tile (3 boxes of 12''x12''), the caulk and the grout. Tile Everything supplied the under-flooring, which was desperately needed in the master bathroom after a slow leak had damaged it over time. When the work was complete, my guest bathroom upstairs looked like new, and the new tile floors in the master bathroom and main floor bathroom where a huge improvement over the old, corroded tile and carpet which had been there previously.

Excellent, Excellent,Excellent........ We have had many contractors provide estimates over the last few months for various projects. Tom was the only one who was on time, every time. The communication was excellent and there were no surprises. They did a superb job removing the old tile and installing a new tile floor in our basement bathroom. The project was completed in a day and a half just like were quoted. Tom made some recommendations for layout of the tile and it looks beautiful. Tom's pricing was very good and he even hooked up our sink and new toilet without charging us extra. And, in fact, he went to Home Depot to get some plumbing parts that we had mistakenly thrown away. They were extremely neat, tidy, and efficient. We had an excellent experience with Tile Everything and will definitely use them again and recommend their services to all of our friends.

Tom came to our house and gave us a good price on doing our kitchen back splash and tile in the bathroom. The price he gave us was so good that we decided to also do our laundry room. It was a pretty big job so it did take two days, but Tom and his crew worked all day to make sure it was finished. We are very happy with the work and also with the price. I would definitely recommend Tile Everything to anyone doing tile in the area.

Tom came to my home and told me the job would require two days of work. He arrived on time with a helper who was wonderful;. They discussed what i wanted done and I had supplied tile. My project was somewhat unusual as I wanted tile set in diamond pattern with inserts of one inch tile in another color. They did what I had ebvisioned and it turned out perfectly. I am very pleased at the work that was done. The price was more than fair sincwe they had to cut tile on all edges there was a lot of cutting and fitting needed.

The installation of the glass tile went very well. However, the two men put down a cloth for a walkway through the house but did not place cardboard or any other protection in the bathtub. This resulted in a few minor black scratches in the tub. It happened after an overrturned bucket was used to stand on without cardboard under it. The men came out and used fine sandpaper to get the surface marks out since it was not possible with anything like comet or bleach. Everything looks great now. The recaulking around one bathtub did not seem to adhere and cracked. That has been done over by Tileeverything. I am hoping that any problem has been solved. The people from Tileeverything who did the work were pleasant, stuck by their quote, and came out to redo the caulking and took care of the scratch problem in a professional manner. I would definitely use them to install tile again, but make sure that there is cardboard for protection in the bathtub. Also, I think their pricing was fair to me as the consumer.

I highly recommend Tom w/ Tile Everything! What a pleasant experience...from start to finish. I called Tom after a really bad experience with another company. I wanted to freshen up my bathrooms by re-grouting the tile in tub/shower area and the floors. The other company informed me after working only 20-30 min. that I would have to re-tile the entire bathroom. My husband had a general contractor come over to inspect the bathrooms and said that it was not necessary to re-do the bathrooms so that's when I joined Angie's List to find reputable contractors. That's how I found Tom w/Tile Everything. He returned my phone call quickly and came over to take a look at the bathrooms and gave me a written quote. We scheduled the work and he did a fantastic job! Those two bathrooms look like new! Since I was behind schedule because of the other contractor, Tom was able to start the job right away and I think it took only 2-3 days. We didn't use Tom but the sole reason wasn't related to price or his reputation. We decided not to go ahead with job due to the necessity to list our house quickly. We would use him again.
