Tile Everything

Tom and Pablo did an exceptional job replacing our old hardwood floors with new tile. We had 3 quotes and we chose Tom for his personable attitude, knowledge, and fair pricing. Not to mention, he was the only contractor that brought a photo book of his previous projects. We?ll definitely be using these guys for future projects.

This 3-day project went exactly as planned. Mr. French arrived every day on time, and he told me in advance about how long each day's work would take. He and his partner were very professional and informative about the process. They were considerate about where they put things that had to be moved, and where they put their tools and equipment. At the end of each day they cleaned up and left the house neat. The workmanship was excellent. The back splash was not part of the original project, but when I asked Mr. French if he could fit in this last-minute add-on, he agreed. It added a nice finishing touch to the kitchen, and I appreciated his flexibility to include it within the time frame.

Tile Everything showed up on the day/time promised for both the estimate and to complete the job itself. He was able to clean out and caulk the cracked areas as we had expected with a very professional finished product. We asked him to do what he could to help make the cracked tiles look better (as we are selling our home) but didnt want to go the route of replacing all the tiling in 2 bathrooms due to 2 cracked tiles. It was this portion that astonished us, as once he finished you were no longer able to tell the tiles were ever cracked. This far exceeded anything we expected or believed was possible without replacing the tiles. He was also flexible in contacting me when he was nearing completion so that I could meet him at the property to inspect the work and provide payment. It was a great experience and I would hire Tile Everything without hesitation in the future.

They performed work as requested. They were on time and performed quality work. They completed the work and took great care to protect all other areas of the home. They cleaned up all construction debris and took it away. I was very pleased with there work and would recommend them as well as use them again.

Tom showed up early or on time for all appointments. All work was done quickly and and at a reasonable price. This is how it should be with any contractor. They cleaned up after themselves and were very courteous. I would hire them again in the future!!!!!

Tile everything was very responsive & quick to perform the initial estimate. Once we agreed upon the scope of work they were able to work me into their schedule with quickly. Couldn't be more satisfied with the workmanship & attention to detail. Cost was very competitive vs. the other 3 quotes I had, with no surprises / cost overruns. I plan to use Tile Everything again in the future & would recommend to others as well.

There were several tile that were laid high, and some laid low. Tom returned to replace a couple of the tile. Overall, the job went well.

Tom and Pablo were amazing and exceeded our expectations. From the first contact through the planning, work and even the follow-up, Tom has been easy to work with and always willing to help including talking me through the tile and grout purchase while I was at the store. Tom suggested building a box into the shower wall and this was a great idea and looks great. They showed up everyday at the time expected and got the entire job done in about a week as planned. The finished product is better than we had hoped for and I will definitely be using Tom again in the future for any other tile jobs. Highly recommended.

The work was incredible. The entire project took about 1 week from start to finish. They were very professional and polite. Tom at Tile Everything made sure that I was informed and aware of what was going on and what the project timeline looked like. We contracted them to replace the shower in our Master suite. They exceeded our every expectation. When we do a complete upgrade we will be using Tile Everything to do the work. These guys were great! Thanks Tom.

Tom was the absolute best! He started the tile work on my house a few days before 4th of July and still worked through out the holiday to get it done! We also added the kitchen backsplash last minute and he did it with no problem! I get so many compliments on my home. I would definitely use again and recommend his services.

Great as always. This is the third time that I have used Tile Everything. They always do an excellent job. Tom French and his assistant Pablo are 2 of the very few service providers that I have no qualms about just handing them a key and knowing it will be perfect when I return home.

Job went great. My project was a smaller tile repair job and install, so I was very happy that Tom was able to consult with me over the phone and via pictures to get a rough estimate of the price for my planning purposes. I bought the tile and grout to match my existing tile and Tom did the rest. He and Pablo were very professional-they laid down protective cloth in the job area and cleaned up afterwards. Tile repair install turned out great and they were even able to repair a couple loose tiles. I would definitely hire again. Thanks.

I had an appointment with Mr. French for between 10:30 & 11:30 today,. He never came & didn't even have the courtesy to return my call this afternoon. I guess he is too busy to give me an estimate to replace a leaky shower pan. Very disappointed!

No callback, and so no quote provided. I found a more responsive vendor.

Great! Tom and his crew were always in time and honored his appointments. The work was done quickly and the results were perfect. They were professional and neat (laid down covers to protect the carpet and even cleaned up after). The price was just as good or better than all of the other quotes. Don't look any further - Call Tom. I will be the next time I have any type of tile work!

I have been renovating a 48 year old home which has never had renovation. The worst parts of the home were both the hall (family) bath and the master bathroom. I removed cast iron tubs in both bathrooms and added a soaker tub in the hall bath. In the master bath I converted tub to a walk in rain shower with body sprays. Both bathrooms needed new floor tile and wall tile which meant all the old had to be ripped out, cement board installed and tile. First, the old tile floor in the hall bath was laid on 6 inches of concrete. Tom and Pablo knocked out the concrete which was not easy as the tub and cabinets were already installed. Tom built a box in the tub surround which is tiled with the decorative tile which was also added as a decorative inlay horizonally the width of the tub surround. He then added proper depth of cement board to bring the floor height to the proper level to lay the large floor tile. This bath is beautiful now and the tile installed to perfection. As tough as the hall bath was, the master bath proved very challenging. The plumber who installed the floor tray did so some two inches away from the wall 2x4's on two walls. Tom and Pablo had to first add wood to the studs to bring it out before adding the cement board. This shower is now gorgeous . Tom added three corner shelves, vertically laid 24 inch tile with a decorative glass tile vertical from floor to ceiling , coordinating penny tile to the shower floor and ceiling and the 24 inch tile installed on the shower walls to the 10 foot long bathroom floor. When you walk into the bath now the room looks large as the floor continues up the wall and carries your eyes straight to the vertical decorative strip running up the wall. What a beautiful job Tom and Pablo did on this most difficult job. I continue to get compliments on the baths. I got four estimates on this jpb before hiring Tile Everything. They were priced in the middle, certainly not the cheapest but Tom was honest about the difficulty of the job yet confident in his ability to perform the task. I had to wait for my turn on their schedule but they were worth it. I can't say enough about their work ethic. Tom and Pablo were here on time everyday, worked hard and cleaned up after each day. Tom disturbed me only to make suggestions. Not only would I hire Tile Everything again, but I already have! Tom and Pablo have already given me a price to tear out and re tile my front porch. They will be again soon and I am looking forward to it not just because of the excellent job but because they are both such nice people to work with!

He was a no show and didn't have the courtesy to call back.

Installed 14" high tile backsplash, including a 24" high design above the stove, that went from the stove, underneath cabinets, behind sink and underneath a window, and included two 90 degree turns. Beautiful, very precise work! We have heavily used our remodeled kitchen these past five months and this tile work is still magnificent. The grout is flawless in consistency and application. Cleanup was complete and the job was finished in a reasonable amount of time. I'll have no problem asking these folks back for future tile work.

Contacted Tile Everything on December 21st and spoke with Tom who seemed very professional and promising. Per his request I texted him all my information and received an immediate reply that he would be in touch soon. Followed up with Tom on December 29th and he stated that he may be able to provide an estimate on January 2nd but may be out of town and would let me know by Wednesday. Did not hear from Tom on Wednesday and reached back out to him Thursday, January 1st. Tom then offered to stop by on Saturday however the time he provided would not fit in my schedule and therefor I provided alternate times. He once again offered time frame not in the window that I had provided at which point his response was that he didn't think things would work out and he was busy work wise until the second week of February...which would have been ok with us if the estimate was reasonable. No estimate was provided and no work performed. I had to initiate follow up in an attempt to schedule estimate and felt my potential job was not worth his time.

Tom was very quick with scheduling and providing an estimate. After selecting to go with Tile Everything for our master bath shower repair, we scheduled a starting date and from there everything was very easy. The work was done in the promised time frame, and throughout the entire process Tom was very clear in describing what needed to be done, how it should be done and how much it would cost. The quality of the work is excellent and well worth the price. Tom and Pablo take great pride in their work and I was very pleased that nothing was rushed - they made sure everything was done to our satisfaction. They protected our furniture and cleaned after each day's work was completed. I would highly recommend Tile Everything and would definitely use them again, if needed.

The project went very well. Tom arrived to give us an estimate on the day I called him. He was very good about responding when I contacted him. We selected and paid for the tile and grout, Tom picked it up and delivered it to our house. The entire job took about 9 days. Pablo is a pleasure to work with and his work is excellent. It is obvious he takes pride in everything he does and wants to please the customer, above all. He asked us questions all along the way to make sure we would love the outcome. We do!! I am a stickler for details and I continue to notice and be pleased with the excellent quality of his workmanship, just perfect. Everything was put away at the end of each day and completely cleaned up when the job was done. I will definitely recommend Tile Everything to others and plan to use them again.

Tom is very professional. He came on time and did an excellent job repairing the patio to my specification. I would definitely recommend him. He worked with one employee. I thought they price was a little high, but the work was done very well and very quickly. I know he is very busy so I was happy he could fit me in.
