Tile Everything

Tom was very responsive to our initial request and followed up on every step of the process to ensure that things proceeded as planned. Pablo did a superb job on the removal and installation. The quality and timeliness of the work was excellent, it was handled in a very professional manner, communication was excellent and Tom and Pablo were very pleasant to work with. Tom French and his assistant Pablo of Tile Everything did a fantastic job. From the first point of contact to the last phone call, the job was done on time, at a fair price, with excellent results. They delivered their equipment and materials the day before work was to begin so they could hit the ground running on the first day of the project. I could not be more pleased with the finished job and would hire Tom and his crew for any home project.

I wanted to limit the work on this project to just the shower floor and damaged portions of wood floor. Tom was very good about working with me and developing a reasonable estimate. The cost for the shower floor did end up being more than the original estimate, but this was because after pulling the existing tile up, the shower pan was in worse shape than anticipated. I felt that this was reasonable. Even with this change, Tom and his helper were able to limit the impact so that replacement did not extend up the wall.

Tom responded to my quote request within 6 hours. He gave me a quote within 3 hours of viewing the job. He delivered the materials and equipment needed for the job on Sunday. He and his crew arrived Monday on time and finished the job in the time he committed to doing it. They did a great job of laying the tile and cleaned everything up afterwards. Tom and the crew were very professional, very friendly and a company I would hire again for any flooring work I may need.

It went very well. Tom provided a prompt estimate, and made some excellent suggestions with regard to design - we had picked our tile, but he really helped us with a design that looked great and saved money. His quote was accurate and did not include tile or other materials. He worked very well with our tile supplier, too. Tom and his assistant Pablo were punctual and on time. They put down covers on the carpet in the house, and plastic over anything that could get dusty. Having two bathrooms redone is a major pain, but they made it as easy as possible. He is highly rated for a reason!

The project went great from beginning to end. Tom's communication with us was polite, easy and fast. He gave us an estimate and based on his professionalism and ratings on Angie's List, we hired him without getting other estimates. The work was performed within an acceptable time frame and Tom arrived at the stated time, to do the job. He explained everything he was going to do, and asked us to inspect his work when he was done. He cleaned up the area before he left so that no mess was left behind. The repair work was done perfectly, and Tom followed up to make sure we were satisfied. I wish every contractor we've had in our home, would be as easy to work with, as Tom French. We will definitely call Tile Everything for any future projects. Highly recommended!

Tom and Pablo did a fantastic job from start to finish. Tom brought a book with pictures of their work and provided many creative ideas. Pablo is a true artisan. His eye for composition and the very meticulous manner in which he works shows that he takes great pride and enjoys what he does. They showed up on time every morning, worked the entire day, and cleaned up every afternoon before they left. Very professional. I would hire Tile Everything again without hesitation. We could not be any happier with the finished product.

Tom came out and gave us a quote for the work. We weren't certain if there was a sub-floor under the hearth--and he gave us the options depending on what we found on demo. Since the job was small, he gave us a rough verbal quote and followed up that night with a written quote for the fireplace and another room we want to re-tile in the future. Once the tile came in, they were able to schedule our project promptly. Tom and Pedro removed our old fireplace surround and hearth and replaced with Carrera Marble subway tile on the facing and large ceramic tiles on the hearth in front. They did a wonderful job! They were meticulous with lay-out and placement, kept the grout-lines small (which we requested), and very attentive to detail--everything you'd want in a tile project. We're thrilled with the result! We have more tiling projects for our house, and we'll definitely be hiring Tile Everything to do them.

Tom and Juan Pablo were great to work with, and the backsplash looks amazing, as a result i would highly recommend them and intend to hire them again for other related services in my house.

This project went GREAT. This is the 3rd bathroom we have re-tiled, and our 3rd tile contractor, so we have some experience with this (and notice we didn't re-hire the previous contractors). Tom and Pablo are an absolute pleasure to work with. They listen to what you like, make some suggestions if you want, and finally perform an expert demolition and installation of tile. We decided to use glass tile for our shower and 1/2 of the wall outside the shower. Glass tile is very difficult to work with, and requires diligent planning and skill to place tiles correctly and cut the tiles. They managed this like the professionals they are. I also needed some ceramic tiles strategically placed to accomodate hinges for a frameless shower door. Tom and Pablo listened to exactly what I needed, confirmed the plan with me, and then placed the ceramic tiles in the correct spots. Each day, they placed floor protection on our hardwood floors, and at the end of each day the floor protection was removed and the area swept. I HIGHLY recommend Tile Everything. You will not only get a great looking result, but also have a great experience. These are the tile contractors I will hire again. Thanks guys!

Great! Tom responded within the first day, and the work was completed within about a week and a half of us hiring him. Looks great!!!

Tom and Carlos showed up on time, Carlos did all the work. Carlos was professional, polite and worked hard. The tiles involved some cutting to make them offset. The random pattern was laid out perfectly by Carlos, grouted and sealed all in less than 6 hours. Their work exceeded my expectations and if I needed tile work, I would hire them. I highly recommend them to do your work for a fair price, and excellent workmanship.

Great! I wanted the work done quickly and Tile Everything made it happen and did the work for a fair price. Tom was responsive and professional. He even worked over time to get a previous job completed so he could start and finish my project sooner. I love my new fireplace!! Great work.

It went great! Tom and his helper came every day and worked a full day. The work was completed on schedule, in 4 days. They removed the old tile and the crumbling wallboard behind it. They put up more sturdy board behind the new tile, did the plumbing for the new fixtures, did the tile, installed a towel bar and grab bar. The tile looks beautiful, and they cleaned up after themselves.

We contacted several companies to get quotes for the work, and Tom from Tile Everything provided the most detailed quote very promptly. He was always responsive when we had questions or wanted to make some changes to the scope of the project. His pricing was not the cheapest of the lot, but based on his professionalism, responsiveness, and communication, we decided that the value of the confidence we had in him was better than whatever price savings we might have going with someone else less professional. We requested a certain start date based on our availability, and Tom was able to make it happen. His crew started on Monday and by Thursday it was finished. We liked that all we had to provide was the tile and grouting. Other contractors wanted us to buy other materials which would have been hard to transport in our vehicles. If there was a question or issue, Tom communicated to us straight away and provided us the opportunity to have our input. It made the whole experience go a lot smoother. The end result was an excellent tile installation. Everything looked great and we felt like we got a solid value for what we paid. Tile Everything is a great company, and we are happy to recommend them for renovation work. Tom's communication and professionalism made everything less stressful and reassured us that we made the right choice for our tiling contractor.

Tom and his crew did excellent work. He came out to give me an estimate, let me know where to purchase tiles, and kept me apprised of all of the details as work was being done. Floors look fantastic, couldn't recommend more highly.

We needed a very intricate tile backsplash installed with very small tiles in the design as well. There were a lot of cuts to be made and Carlos did a fantastic job. It took two days since we had two different sides of our kitchen that needed to be done. They did an awesome job, were on time both days and cleaned up nicely when finished. I couldn't have asked for anything more. The price was very competitive as well. All around great work.

We are so pleased with our new kitchen floor! Tom, the owner, was easy to work with and made the job details seamless. His assistant Carlos did a great job installing the floor and it looks beautiful! My husband is very meticulous about any work we have done around our house and he had all good things to say about the work done.

They did a great job on our back splash, moved the stove away from the wall to tile behind it and moved it back. They trimmed out the new backsplash with accent tiles and cleaned up when they were finished. The job was completed in one day and it looks beautiful. We will have Tom back to install new floor tiles in two of our bathrooms soon. TC

We are beyond pleased with our experience with Tom and his team. Tom was incredibly responsive, professional and knowledgeable. He did an initial visit where he gave us a quote on time and price. The following day Pablo came out and was just as professional and punctual as Tom. He did an absolutely phenomenal and meticulous job. Tom came to our home in mid-January and provided us with an estimate of the work. After we accepted the job, we arranged a date and time for him to come do the work. He told us what we had to do to prepare for him to do the work. He arrived promptly on the agreed upon time, and went to work immediately. When he finished, he cleaned up the job site, gave us instructions as to what we needed to do, and departed. I highly recommend his work. I would hire him again to install tile for us.

Tom provided an estimate and stuck to it. The entire job took only one day. The quality of the work is excellent. There was no mess and Tom personally followed up to make sure we were happy, and to provide maintenance and care tips. We will definitely use him again. This is the first contractor we've hired and we could not have had a better experience.
