Description of Work: Tom and his crew did great. No problems whatsoever. They were friendly, professional and did what they said they would do. I picked out the tile I wanted and Floor and Decor, paid for that and brought it home. They did the rest. He has a two man crew work a few days, and it was done. Love the new floor in my office. Would love them to do my kitchen when I have the funds.

Description of Work: Installed Kitchen backsplash with an inset behind the stove. Excellent work! Made a minor sheetrock repair with no price increase. Took time to answer questions and give advice on proper backsplash care.

Description of Work: Kitchen, Master Bath and Guest Bath. Fabulous jobs! New floors and showers, large tiles in kitchen with a difficult uneven floor. Everything done on time and looks great. We will recommend them to anyone!

Description of Work: I had my master bath remodeled and decided to use Tile Everything. I was very impressed with their responsibility, work ethic and craftsmanship. They were here on time everyday and had great ideas on how to design the tile. They were very neat and cleaned up everyday like they weren't even here. I work and was very comfortable with them working without me there. I also hired them to tile a small bath and laundry room and they also came out perfect. I was just very impressed with the whole process and the way Tile Everything conducts business. They were very busy, however, they were able to fit me in as quickly as possible and completed the work as promised.

Description of Work: We agreed on a price of $500 to install tile in a kitchen. The contractor knew I had a strict timeline as this was a renovation on a rental property. The day prior to installation, he called and said the job was $90 higher because he thought it wa getting installed on concrete instead of a subfloor. I offered to send him the chain of emails showing the quote was on a subfloor but Tom said "Sorry. I made a mistake. I won't do it for that price." I offered to split the difference because I need to get the job done the next day but he refused. He knew I was in a bind. I told him never kind and that it was a lousy way to conduct business. I will not be using him or recommending his company in the future.
