Unpaid Wages and Unprofessional Conduct Unprofessional practices I regret to share my negative experience with SsHomePros. Despite fulfilling my job responsibilities diligently, I have not received my due wages for November 11-15,2024 along with computer software that I was told to be added to my check once I paid for it and gas for over 157 miles driven from appointment to appointment. Multiple attempts to resolve this issue through direct communication have been ignored or met with unprofessional responses with harassing texts up until 12 am. This situation has caused significant financial stress and disappointment. I am a single mom of two boys and not being paid has caused a tremendous strain, especially with it being Christmas. I worked for him for less than 30 days so he did not know me well enough to say all the things that he was saying. I was called a liar , accused of being high, While his office staff put me in the hospital with an herbal tea and I was not the first to be admitted to the hospital with the herbal teas I’ve come to find out. I urge potential employees to be cautious and ensure all agreements are clearly documented. He prays on drug addicts and alcoholics to underpay them and speak to them like garbage. Some jobsite ls had copper wiring stolen among other things. I hope Dave Lineberry President of Southern States Home Pros takes immediate steps to rectify this situation and prevent similar issues for future employees. His derogatory remarks and inappropriate insulting insinuations are more than unprofessional.

I Contracted Southern States to, Install New Roof Shingles, Pressure Wash and Paint: The True Testimony of Completed Job Has to Be The Answer to The Question, Would You Use This Company Again? The Simple Answer is NO! The Skillset of The Workers Southern States Provided Was of Very Poor Craftsmanship, Not Only Did They NOT Complete The Job, They in Fact Caused Damage and Issues to my Home. Also They Tried to Collect Payment BEFORE The Job Was Completed. I Received Insolent Communication Demanding Payment! I Offered to Meet With The Owner Multiple Times to Show Him ALL The Things That Had Not Been Completed and Also The Damage His Workers Had Caused to my House. He NEVER Meet With me and Simply Threated to Sue me. I Am Now Left to Try and Repair and Complete The Things Southern States Left With me.

Initially, I agreed to a free roof inspection on a whim as a neighbor was using Southern States Roofing Pro’s for an insurance claim. To my surprise, I also qualified for a potential replacement. Dave and his team were incredibly easy to work with, and the process from start to finish took only a couple of weeks. The best compliment I can give is that I never stressed about the process, which is very common with contractors. The finished work looks great and although I do not anticipate any issues moving forward, Dave will be my first call if I ever need anything.
