They replaced my handrail, spindles, posts. Sanded, rounded the top rail, filled the nail holes. Pressure washed the deck floor. Was worth every penny !!

I originally hired Redwood Construction Corp for framing. They did a great job with framing my 1600 sq ft basement. I asked some questions about the other steps in finishing the basement and I was provided very helpful advises. Because of this I decided to get ductless mini splits installed instead of HVAC. I hired Redwood construction corp for the installation of 2 units of 24000 BTU ductless mini splits which can heat and cool my basement and is more energy efficient than a traditional HVAC system. The job took 2 days and I saved thousands of dollars. I am very satisfied and I will continue to get estimates from this company for other projects in the future. I know this review says I hired them for central air. Mini splits were not one of the options for me to choose.

This is a long overdue review for Jonathan and his team. Redwood did a full build out of our basement and took it from studs and cement where all the forgotten toys, clothes, and other 'stuff' was piled in to the most used area of the house. I had a general idea of what I wanted and Jonathan made some incredible suggestions that made several of the areas more useful and attractive. Most importantly - Jonathan is honest, upfront and tells you when you're making a costly mistake. He shows up when he says he will and there's no surprises when the bill comes and the workmanship is top notch!

RCC repaired some framing in my garage. Jonathan made an extra trip to my house to meet with an architectural engineer before starting the project to make sure we used the correct beam size. He also coordinated plumbers to move a gas line for the project. The garage entrance no longer sags and the brickwork he replaced looks better than new. I would recommend RCC and will definitely call then for future needs.

Redwood Construction Corp. replaced my old 12ftx28ft wood deck with a new composite deck, a metal stair and railing system. Jonathan Stanley did an outstanding and highly professional job on my deck with a beautiful picture frame and herring bone deck pattern.
