Would not recommend. They should give me back my money. Had to have someone else come in to repair their bad job.

Frank Craig from Mr Handyman of NW Gwinnet came out, estimated siding, soffit & window trim repairs and did a great job. He and Dave were on time for both the estimate and the work, cleaned up afterwards and exceeded my expectations. Though the written estimate came with a price range, I regarded the high end as a “not to exceed” price and it came in right on that number. Mr Handyman NW Gwinnet will let you purchase materials, so you can save some purchasing time and pass through markup buying what you want them to use, if you know what you’re doing. They were expensive, but did good work and were true pros with a lot of skills.

Great work by David. He ordered the parts and promptly returned once he received them. The Quality and customer service was excellent. I would recommend and use again.

Two other Handyman companies had attempted and failed to repair my folding closet doors, but the Mr. Handyman professional did an excellent job and the repairs, while not aesthetically pleasing, are well done.

Friendly people. My only complaint would be that I had a cracked pedistal on my table & after he left it was still cracked so I paid for that time when it wasn’t done properly. Other than that he was quick & did a great job.

Very good to work with. The owner's name is David and the technician ironically was named Dave. Both were super. Called when on the way....was on time......did the job within the estimated time frame....was personable and made me feel comfortable. The job was double door threshold replacement in the basement and the result looks superb.

Mr Handyman provided a well qualified service but they price was very HIGH. In addition to the initial fee to come out, they charge almost $100/hour for any time over the 1 hour window. I will likely be watching some YouTube videos & doing it myself next time....

Workmanship was excellent! Communication well executed each step of the way. Easy to reach with follow-up questions. Personable, honest, professional & customer satisfaction focused. I would recommend for any job & will likely engage this service again
