John did the instillation for me, and I am very pleased. John is very professional and friendly. I felt that I was in good hands. He came on time prepared to do what was contracted for . Altogether a great experience. I would definately hire them again, and recommend them.

I had a variety of work that needed to be completed, including fixing various pieces of rotted wood around the window exterior, installing a dishwasher, installing a toilet, installing ceiling fans, etc. The customer service was excellent. The tech and the administrator clearly described to me the work they were doing and how it was done. The quality of the work was good. The pricing is a little expensive on an hourly basis, but it depends on the nature of the assignment as far as whether you received a good value.

The project entailed examining and caulking the brick and wood areas of the front of a 2 story house with high gables and removal and replacing rotted trim wood around windows. This required attention to detail and skill with working on ladders in awkward places. Another person was sent as work on the high areas required. The job was conscientiously done.

Dave did an excellent job repairing a corner of our front porch roof and fascia board. We were very pleased, and will definitely be using Mr. Handyman of NW Gwinnett again.
