It went horrible. They were very inexperienced at loading a U-Pack. There was a lot of damage to our household items during the move.

Well, when I originally spoke to Douglas, he was very responsive to me needs. Although he changed the price on me mid conversation, I assumed it was because I asked for an additional helper. No problems. However, we had what he called a "misunderstanding" about the appointment time. He told me I would be serviced from 6am to 9am, but he insisted what he was implying is that the driver would arrive anytime between 6am and 9am. He claimed that the window was because they had to factor in traffic and other jobs. The reality is that I woke him out his sleep. I called about 6:15 and got no answer. So, I called back about 6:50 and he answered the phone very sleepily and seemingly confused. He informed me that the driver would be there in a hour, but admitted not speaking to a driver. So, how would he know? We had a brief disagreement and I decided to cancel the appointment altogether. Here is my take - he is not only the owner but possibly the driver. The reason he could give me an hour time frame is because it would take him that long to get from Stone Mountain to my address. I could be wrong, but I doubt it.
