 + 0 morePurchased Amazon Local deal and contacted the vendor. It was odd first off because the phone was rerouted to a guys cell phone. The guys was unprofessional from the start. Asked me my name and address more than once. He didn't show up on the day schedule or within the window of time. I called him repeatedly during the day and he always said he was wrapping up another job and would call me back. I called him he next day and he claimed he had tried to call me twice. I have no voice messages on my phone. I against my better judgement gave me one chance and scheduled him for Saturday. He never called or arrived. I have requested a refund for the voucher and I hope others will check here before purchasing one themselves.

Description of Work: TERRIBLE! I bought a Groupon and I scheduled an appointment for 9 am at 11 am I got a call saying that his truck was broke down and he would be there at 2. At 3 I called him and was told he was stuck in traffic on 85... a quick check of the traffic map told me was lying as the whole ATL metro traffic map was green... he said he would be there at 415... I said thanks but no thanks. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! What a waste of time and money!
