They did a really good job.

Extremely polite and on time.

We had used them before. They do a great job in getting stains out of the carpets.

They were very prompt and concerned about health issues; I have an elderly mother who has lung problems so they put in filters while they were drying. Overall they were extremely conscientious and had the subcontractors here when they said they would. They followed up on everything, came when they said they would be here and did a first class job. There is nothing I would have needed extra that they did not do. I will use them again in the future.

Showed up on time. Representative was very nice, friendly, explained what he was going to do and then did it. Carpets looked wonderful upon completion. My not using them since is based more on my husband's unemployment and carpet cleaning being low on our list of items on which we can spend our few and precious discretionary dollars. If not for that, I would have them come back every 6 months or so as long as the service was as good as it was that time.

Our previous experiences with carpet cleaners have not been good so this time we thoroughly investigated the companies on Angie’s List. We hired Sunrise because of their 100% satisfaction guarantee, and we liked the fact that if any spots they were able to get out reappeared after their cleaning they would come back out free of charge. We also liked the fact they use anti-allergy - “green” cleaning solutions and guarantee no residue from their cleaning is left behind. Well I’ve got to say that my wife and I were so impressed and thrilled with their professionalism, thoroughness, and above all their quality of workmanship. The technicians Ray & Gabe removed stains that our previous cleaners never got out. They moved the majority of the furniture and placed it back, and they even cleaned the carpets under our beds with a special tool. They also thoroughly cleaned our wool rugs that were in our living room & dining area on hardwood floors. The carpets dried very quickly and no spots came back. I would highly recommend Sunrise to anyone who wants a good THOROUGH cleaning to their carpets and rugs. Karen (the gal I scheduled with) even called the day after to follow up with us to make sure we were happy. They know all about customer service. We were very impressed with Sunrise Clean Care.

Gentleman showed up on time and was very professional. Got up some tough pet stains. However, unable to get dirt up along base board. Cleaner said they didn't make equipment that does that unless you pull the carpet up. I thought that was a bid odd, since I could probably put some carpet cleaner down myself and get it up. One area had 3 stains together. Only got one up. When I showed him the others, he was packed and ready to go. Update 07/13: Owner, personally, came out and took care of my concens. Cleaned the dirt up near the base board, removed additional spots, re cleaned parts of carpet he wasn't satisfied with. Very impressed he gave attention to the this relative small job. BUY WITH CONFIDENCE !!! They deliver. Highly recommend. I have already referred them to a friend

they were very thorough in explaining what they were going to do. They measured and gave an estimate befor beginning process. The carpets appeard very clean. In a day or two I could still smell the pet odor, so that was a bit disappointing.

In preparation for a Christmas party, I had Sunrise clean all the carpet in the house. I chose them because they had previously cleaned carpets at a rental house, where the carpets were in awful shape (tenant abuse). Their ability to clean that rental house carpet saved us from having to replace the carpet. With 2 days notice, they were able to come our personal residence when we needed them to (they actually arrived a little early). It took longer than I expect to clean the carpets, but that was because they were so thorough. I have use many cleaning companies over the years, but Sunrise's results were the best of all of them. It appears they use a similar technique/cleaner as ZeroRez, but without all of the "up selling". There are companies that will clean the carpets for less, but they won't match the quality of Sunrise. I have a love seat that I previously cleaned myself using a Scotchgard spray-foam product, so I decided to see what the results would look like with a professional cleaning. Sunrise's results were much better than my do-it-yourself technique.

Very friendly and efficient. Explained things about moving furniture, detergent, etc. Would recommend to others and will use again.

They gave me an appointment for the next day from 1-3pm. Darin showed up at 1:15, brought me a welcome kit (Green-Wizard spot treatment liquid, magnet, measuring tape, magnetic clip, all with company's name and info) and started to work. In one hour I could not believe my eyes. Carpet looked almost like new. From now on I am going to use only this company for my needs and recomend them to everyone I know. After work was done, Darin charged me for $171 and honored $30.00 coupon from Angie's list, so I payed only $141.00.
