The most recent experience: He sent the same crew, which I appriciate as they are familiar with my property and wishes. They cleaned up the backyard, cleaned out the drainage ditch and took away all the debris, including removing all the seedling trees. They blew the accumulated pine straw and leaves off of the roof and cleaned up the debris, getting it out the foundation shrubs.I have a lot of trees and they drop limbs which I not able to pick up and they take the fallen limbs away. He comes himself to show the crew what to do and then to check to see that everything was done properly. Summit has a tree division, and I am equally pleased with the tree work they have done. His employees are well trained and don't leave a mess. Mr. Rozar is honest and honorable and a pleasure to deal with.
Description of Work: I can't give dates and costs because I've used this service many times. Bob Rozar is an arborist and knows his plants as well as trees. He is a landscaper as well.

The only downside I have to say about Bob is that he is very busy with his work, so he had to our delay appointment several times, because due to recent storms, he was sooo busy with other customer' fallen trees . I can easily overlook this to know that I was in great hands. To help our water oak, Bob recommended his arborist pathologist to provide deep root fertilzation treatments. Bob also recommended some chaining one tree this winter, to keep the branches from spreading out and making them more susceptible to breaking and falling. On the day of the tree trimming, Bob and his crew arrived promptly in the morning and worked quickly, effectively, and safely. Bob was on hand to ensure that the crew was doing the work that we agreed on. He also called me outside several times when he realized there were several additional branches that should be removed. While the crew was up in the tallest water oak, Bob had them check the health of the tree in some of the tree saddles that were covered with moss. We happily learned that they were strong and healthy; this put our mind at ease since this tree is in falling distance from our home. The crew cleaned up all the tree limbs and cleaned the gutters when complete. They also cleaned up a terrible trim job, from a previous tree company. Any of the extra work completed on site was included in the original estimate. I strongly recommend Bob Rozier and Summit Lawn Works. Wouldn't use anyone else!
Description of Work: Bob Rozier, the arborist for Summit Lawn Works, came to my house to advise me on some tree work we needed done. We had him evaluate the health of our some of our very large trees and remove a tree that was growing in next to the house foundation and air conditioner. I had planned on getting several estimates from other tree services, but after meeting Bob, I was convinced that he was the person to work with. He had already come highly recommended by my contractor. Bob was very well informed and incredibly enthusiastic! He was also very patient while I asked him endless questions. We have a beautiful 100+ year-old water oak behind our garage that we wanted to save, but were concerned about its health and some of the dead branches.

It went well overall. When I said I wanted the tree "roped down" they understood. I didn't want it roped to another tree, sawed off, lowered, and sawed up. I wanted the individual pieces roped down, which is more expensive. They did the job exactly as I wanted and cleaned up afterward. I've had several other tree services in the 30+ years I've lived here and they are the best.
Description of Work: A double-trunk sweet gum tree was removed and the stump ground. They took away a large limb that had fallen in the backyard and was too heavy for me to move; also they took away a large pile of prunings, etc. back there and cleaned out the debris blocking the drainage ditch. They dug the hostas and ferns around the tree, set them aside, and replanted them when they were through and added pine straw, so the area looked even better than before.

Perfectly. Numerous men worked long and hard to do the job as described to me by the owner of the company when he bid on the job. The owner came to observe the job to see all was done as he wanted. No mess of any kind was left behind. I was very satisfied with this company's work.
