I reached out on a Friday morning and Henry was able to fit me in on a Sunday morning. He arrived before time and called me before as the GPS was taking him to an incorrect address. He definitely underpromised but overdelivered! I own a townhome and the air conditioning drain pipe leaks onto the back side of the home which has caused rust on the brick as well as the window. Over the phone he already explained that it would have to be mediated with a solution instead of pressure washing. Henry told me he would only be able to clean the brick but to my surprise when he finished he had done it all!! I was elated and would definitely hire him again. Wish he did other services besides just power washing. It’s so hard to find reliable, service driven contractors nowadays. This is definitely one!

Excellent. The gentleman who did the work came when he said he would. I initially requested that my back deck be power-washed. He added doing the siding of my house because he said that he wanted me to get my money's worth since his minimum charge was $150. He also powerwashed my deck furniture (cushions and all)..was thrilled with his conscientiousness and willingness to see what needed done and asking permission to do extras. It was so refreshing to work with someone who came to do work and to do it with excellence. I highly recommend him. (am sorry I cannot recall his name, but I believe he was the owner).

Rarely in my 40 years of home ownership have I been as pleased. Everything (I mean all the details) were handled to perfection. Henry, the owner, was flexible on scheduling, the scope of the job and the price. He was able to bring my house up on the internet and quote me over the phone. When he arrive, he was on time, clean cut, fully equipped and raring to go. He worked over 4 hours, non-stop and when he was done, my 30 year old house looked fresh and new. BTW, he's very knowledgeable re the dilution and drainage of rinse to prevent damage to plants. Perfect Job!!!!!

Henry did an exceptional job, both on the house and deck. I cannot imagine how any of his competitors could have done a better job, and I know he did it for a better price. I will use Henry/safe Wash again.

It was excellent! Henry was very professional and punctual. He explained everything he planned to do and if there were any possible side effects. Then he got to it and washed for over two hours. The house actually looked almost new. All the mildew and buildup over the past two years were gone. I am completely satisfied with the work and will be using Safe Wash 1-2 times a year from here on out. Very affordable too! the concrete floors and wooden wheelchair ramps are also clean. A+ all the way through.

Henry did an excellent job from start to finish. He was able to quickly provide me with a quote for each of the areas I needed done and thoroughly explained the whole procedure. He answered all my questions prior to having the work done. In addition, he was available to do the work the same week I called. He showed up promptly at the designated time and completed the work as scheduled. The results were fabulous! We will definitely use him again in the future.

I was able to schedule the work for a couple of days after my call. Henry seemed bright and personable and asked all the right questions. He showed up on time for the appointment and worked for 4 straight hours. In addition to the work we had agreed on, he washed the outside windows and cleaned a discolored part of the brick on the rear of the house. The house looked great afterwards and my windows sparkled.

The deck looks like it's just been freshly stained. He didn't chip off any of the finish and he put everything back in place. He also bleached the driveway and sidewalk. He was very professional.

GREAT! Henry did a fantastic job and then some! My porch, gutters and deck were in really bad shape and he didnt want to charge me extra. He blew everything off of the roof while doing the gutters too. He did such a great job I had to pay him more. We agreed to $300 but I gave him $375.

All work was completed as described.

Very nice job. My old, white Hardy board siding was green & muddy. Safe Wash made it look like new! My patio is granite with aging, crumbling grout. Safe Wash used a lower pressure to be gentle with the grout & made the stone beautiful again.

Henry was great. He came count and gave me an estimate and was able to do the work the same week. Very thorough and fast. Finished in less than 2 hours. Highly recommend.
