I called the vendor several times to schedule the service and did not get a response. After 2 or 3 calls, I finally got an email from vendor. We attempted to schedule the service, but it just did not happen due to schedule conflicts on his part as well as mine.

It was excellent. They did a fantastic job and were prompt. They explained everything that they were doing. I would use them again.

Actually, the wallpaper came off in nice long strips, which I helped to remove. Because of the ease, the provider, Carlos, said that he would come back and paint the room, to be included in the fee I had already paid. I chose and bought a paint color, which turned out to be horrible. Carlos said that he would come back and repaint. (I do like the color MUCH better even though it was an additional $125.00). However, the wall was not primed after the paper was taken down leaving a very unsmooth texture to the wall. There were bubbles in the paint that were suppose to go away after the paint dried, that didn't. Areas around the tub and sink had been caulked with silicone instead of a paintable caulk, by the previous owner of the house, and the caulk had to be primed before painting. The result was not as smooth as I'd have liked. All in all, I'd rate the bathroom wallpaper and repaint only mediocre. It will have to be sanded and touched up:( Carlos was a delightful young man who was very professional and prompt.

The worker stayed with the job until all was done. Very neat and he was courteous.

This was the 5th reschedule. My husband and I took off of works again, took pictures off of the walls, moved furniture and got the rooms ready to paint. They were suppose to be here first thing in the morning and never showed up. I called and called with no return phone call. I still have not heard from them. We have not even gotten a phone call to say they were not coming or why they did not show up again. Last time they did not show up because they said their truck broke down. Then rain and now I have no idea why they did not show up. Horrible. We have wasted our vacation days and they just don't show and don't call. Do not use them!

It was good. I showed them the work to be done, and we had emailed previously so I had the paint and everything. They did the work, cleaned up and were done very quickly. It went very well. It was positive in that they showed up on time and they were efficient. The work was done well and quickly. I think those were all positive things. There were absolutely no issues with the work that they did.

some seams still visible /not smooth. I will have to have someone else come to complete the job before I am able to paint the wall. Not happy about that.

They did very well. He did a very good job in a short period of time, he was very polite and nice.

Carlos returned my initial email right away. We set a mutually agreeable date, and Carlos arrived right on time. The painting was very clean and looked great. Carlos was very professional and personable. I will definitely use these guys again the next time I have painting needs.

They came out and looked at the drywall repair work we needed done on our ceiling and said that it would require scaffolding and went beyond the scope of the BIG DEAL coupon we purchased through Angie's List. He said that we would receive a refund promptly and that he would let Angie's List know of the situation.

It turned out great; he helped me out a lot and though the dates I got were wrong, he made time in his schedule, fit me in so I can beat the deadline.

The provider did an okay job once they actually showed up. I sent three emails to them scheduling times for the work to be done and on multiple occasions they claimed to have never received my email even though they replied with my appointment time. The two prior times they never even replied to me. They did an okay job but are not real responsive at all.

They were very late, and rushed because they still had several appointments after ours. I think the deal was for plaster repair or paint in one room. We got about one hour's work out of two guys. They didn't even want us to remove the pictures from the walls so the job was not particularly thorough. As they were wrapping up we pointed out several cracks that they had overlooked. Obviously when you get plaster repaired you will also need to repaint the room. The paint estimate was $425 for a 12X12 room, which was higher than we wanted to pay. They currently have a deal on Angie's List to paint a room for about a third of that amount, and I was able to get another painter in for half. On the positive side, both workers were very nice and they repaired a tear in the hallway wall (from removal of an old alarm pad) that they technically did not have to do.

I contact the provider to fix a piece of sheet rock that had been cut out from my downstairs bathroom because of a leak. I set up a date and time for them to come to the house And it was and was advised at the end the conversation that I would have to provide sheet rock which would have been an additional expense on my part. After a phone conversation with Angie's list I was advised that they would be given a refund on this deal and they would cancel the appointment that I had set up.

Took awhile to arrange date, discussed what needed to be done twice including day the work was to be done, he arrived late and saw job and said he could not / would not do it and left No excuse as he was well informed of the task--he was totally unprepared--no wall board--how can a sheet rock person not have wall board?? I will submit to get refund

They showed up late. They were very slow. They painted some trim outside and did ok on what they got to. They painted my foyer inside but missed numerous spots and did not Tape trim so all edges were not painted so you can see they did not get the entire wall. He took 2 and a half hours trying to hang a ceiling fan while stopping to watch tv but was unsuccessful and I had to hire someone else to hang it. Waste of 21/2 hours.

Service purchased as an Angie's Big Deal package for drywall repair and painting. When I called to schedule an appointment, I had to wait 3 weeks or so before Reign Down could schedule me. On the day of service, the tech called to say he would be a couple of hours late. I agreed, but he still failed to arrive at the new time, and did not call until over an hour past that time. As a result I had to reschedule again, but I had to wait another week to get back on their schedule. When the work was actually done, it was not satisfactory the first time, but the tech was more than willing to re-sand and repaint the area until I was satisfied. The tech was friendly and courteous, but I was not happy with the following; 1. How long it took to get an appointment. 2. Tech failed to arrive on time twice, and failed to call beforehand being late the second time. 3. The work not being done well the first time, which required rescheduling again. 4. Having to wait an extra week for the tech to redo the work and not being open to coming back within a day or two at the most. Tech said that the Reign Down was inundated with service requests for this Big Deal which explained some but not all of the issues noted above.

They were running late and called twice to reschedule. They did a good and quick job with the painting, but they did not remove nails in the wall and patch them as is standard with painting. They do good work, they just need to communicate more with the customer about what needs to be done.

They did the work, but they tried to upsell me a lot. The guy spent a lot of time writing a quote that was extremely high. I wouldn't recommend them.

I bought the Angie's big deal for one $122.00 for one room of wallpaper removal. The were on time, and they did a good job. It went as scheduled. Job well done.

Removed wallpaper that was put up 20 years ago. They also did a great job of cleaning up when they were finished.

I purchased a Big Deal for interior painting to be provided by Reign Down Cleaning & Painting Services that was $499 for 3 rooms. I supplied all the paint. I had two bedrooms and a living room that was already partially completed that needed to be painted. In the living room. one wall was already painted, so 3 walls and small vestibule had to be done. The painters showed up on time; and I must say they did quality work. However halfway through the job I was informed that that the Big Deal was only for rooms that were 300 sq. feet, and 10 foot ceilings; and that I would have to pay extra for the 3rd room to be completed. However no size limitations were mentioned anywhere on the big deal, nor on the coupon. So as it stands now, I have paid $499.00 to have 1-3/4 rooms completed. Carlos Jones, the owner wanted to charge me an extra $225.00 to finish the 3rd room (not including the ceiling)! So my project was incomplete because there is was one room that had not been painted, and I had to wind up getting another contractor to finish the job. I feel that important information was omitted from the deal, whether the fault of Angie's List or the vendor; I should not have to pay anything extra and that the work should have been done in accordance with the terms listed on the coupon. I notified Angie's list and they did issue a prompt refund for 1/3 of the value of the big deal coupon. For that amount plus $36 more I was able to get my project finished-- quite a bit less than Reign Down was trying to charge me!

In the end, the job that I thought I was getting mostly got done. There was a little confusion (which could have been on my part) with regard to the voucher and what was originally discussed with the owner of the company. I scheduled the appointment a couple of weeks out (I picked the date, they picked the time) and got a call from the company the morning of the appointment, trying to change the appointment from the afternoon to the morning - so we ended up splitting the difference (because it felt like if I didn't make some concession, I would have had to reschedule and I had subsequent work already scheduled). The painter was 15 +/- minutes late (punctuality rating), and though he was excellent (professional rating), he didn't appear to have all of his tools (quality rating) - he said the boss had his spackle knife / spreader - I had one and I also supplied the Dif for the wallpaper removal (I asked what he would have done if I didn't have the Dif and he said that water and fabric softener works just as well, but I buy detergent with fabric softener included, so maybe he had some in the van). The job ended up taking only 1.5 of the 3.0 hours. In the end, it didn't feel like the Big Deal voucher program was really working out for this company and I don't think that they really took into account their target area - Stone Mountain to some areas of Cobb County are a haul and I think that they realized that the day of my appointment.

I was very satisfied with their service.
