A+ service. Carlos set a date for estimate, was right on time. Followed up with email and formal quote for the project. After approval he scheduled to paint the next weekend. Alex showed up right on time Saturday morning and started working. By the end of Sunday, house was painted and set back up like no one had been there. They even calked the seams of my trim which I wasn't expecting. Very happy with the quality of service, professionalism and price. I will use Reign Down again.

The finished product looks awesome. Did a great job. Took longer than we expected. He had to make three appointments to work on it. The reason, he wanted it to look good when he was finished. It does!

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it turned out great. They came out on time.

I contacted the vendor via Angie's List messaging. Set up an appointment for them to come to my house to give me an estimate and they never showed up. I called them, it went to voice mail. I left a voice mail for them to call me back. They never did. They might do good work but I'll never know.

I bought drywall repair Big Deal with Reign Down Cleaning and Painting. We went back and forth to try to find a time when the work could be down and they finally had an opening on January 30th (over a month wait). They were suppose to be here at 9:30 this morning. I worked from home today so that I could be here. I got up early and blocked the dogs off and waited for them to come. No one ever showed up. I didn't receive a phone call or anything. I finally got a response this afternoon saying that they had just gotten into the office because of road conditions. I don't want to wait another month or so to have them come out again so I want the refund and I will try someone else.

The surfaces are even now, and look fine under new paint. Mr Jones cleaned up perfectly when he finished. He indicated the job would take approximately 3 hours; he completed everything in just over two.

I liked him. He seemed very efficient in his calling back with me and making the appointment on time. He was very polite, very nice and very professional. However, he did not take the time to properly sand part of the wall and so it did not look nice after he left. I liked him a lot and I liked the way he presented himself and contacted me promptly, but in the end he really didn't do a perfect job. It really lacked the quality that he presented himself to be.

On December 26 I signed up for $125.00 Drywall Repair, Wallpaper Removal Or One Room of Interior Painting. They responded immediately and a date of January 22 was scheduled. On January 22 no one responded and I have been unable to contact them since either by email or telephone.

It did not go very well but they were very nice. The painting job was so bad that I had to repaint the interior room myself. Their painting job was inadequate and I had to repaint the entire room. Even though they were painting over a light color they hadn't painted adequately to cover that so I had to go around and put a second coat on every wall. I didn't get what I paid for. The price was fine.

I am very happy with the quality of the work and the price paid. The Angie's List deal that I paid for had already expired when I called to make an appointment (my fault), but they honored the deal and performed the work at no additional charge.

The provider came to the house to look at the job. He came when he said he was going to come and did what he said he was going to do. My husband decided that he would complete the work on his own. The communication with the provider was great.

I thought they would contact me after I purchased the "Big Deal" and when I never heard from them I called and left a message. I never received a call back so emailed them. The email was not timely and provided little information which would require more email exchanges. I expect better communication and responsiveness from service providers.

I had a rental house that I was putting on the market and contracted with Reign Down to paint the exterior of the house in Sept. I was please with the paint job that was performed. Carlos and his people where polite and did offer suggestions to help improved the house's curb appeal. In addition, I had Carlos to perform some additional repairs, such as sealing gutter areas that were leaking, replacing wood rot and flashing. While I paid for these additional repair services, they were not completed to my satisfaction and were exposed during the house inspection. I tried several times to reach Carlos, via text and cell phone, which is how we communicated prior to the job. I sent several text messages and left numerous calls regarding the jobs that needed to be completed. Needless to say, he never returned any of my calls or replied to any of my text messages. My suggestion to anyone using this service is MAKE SURE that the job is completed to your satisfaction before you pay the remaining balance. Do not trust him to return and complete any unfinished work after he's been paid. I made that mistake. He could have picked up a couple of more jobs in the community because the house did have good curb appeal, but I recommended that they seek out other services because of his lack of communication after he got paid.

Carlos' crew painted the inside of my mom's house that we are prepping to sell or rent. All requests were adhered to and the crew was pleasant and helpful.

Contractor was very responsive. Quality was high with great value.

Fantastic. Carlos is very skilled, He is also a peaceful person to have in my home. I had him back to paint a bedroom shortly after. He did a great job. He works fast and does the job beautifully.

The crew were great guys and worked hard to do the job and to attend to any and all touch up needed. The only concern I would express is that the owner has a tendency to underestimate how long the work will take, thus causing the crew to feel the pressure to cut corners. They resist, to their credit, and came back on their own time to fine tune the final results.

I didn't like the fact that after waiting for them to come out, only to find out when they called that they had to cancel.

But if you need wallpaper removal, they are great! Find someone else to do the painting.

The guy was nice enough, so I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt; but, two months is just too long.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and the person who came out was wonderful, absolutely wonderful. He was excellent and I asked him to give me quotes on other work. He was on time and was neat. He asked me for a garbage bag to collect everything and did a beautiful job of taking down wallpaper that had been there for 13 years. The price was excellent for the quality of work he did.

Tory was very polite and helpful. After three hours, he assured me that he had taped and applied joint compound over the cracks. The next day, a couple of the cracks reappeared. Upon sanding down the joint compound, I realized none of the cracks had been taped. He had just smeared joint compound over the cracks. In time, most of the cracks would return. I ended up sanding and taping the cracks myself. It did not appear to me that Tory was adequately trained in taping and skimming joint compound on drywall. If you have seen experts do this, they are amazing.

We bought the deal on Angies list 1299.00 for painting exterior of home. Carlos, the owner, came out and got an estimate of the size of the home and we discussed when the work could start and got an idea of what needed to be done for prep. The work was supposed to start on Friday I believe but because of the weather we pushed the date up to that Monday instead on Saturday Carlos came and matched paint and pressure washed the house in freezing weather, trooper. Monday him and his guy were here and prepping and caulking the house and began painting. It took them a few days longer than it probably should have but only because it was raining on and off. All the painters that came to my home were respectable and friendly. They did lay plastic down to protect the back deck and the tape pulled up our finish. They immediately said they'd take care of it and they did. Would definitely use them again and already spoke to them about painting our interior ceilings. The price was we'll beyond the lowest of all estimates that we had been receiving from other companies and the work was excellent.
