It went well the kid showed up and painted my deck. The thing is I paid for 8 hours of work but only got about 5 hour?s worth then he left, still owing me 3 hours of work.

We contracted for this service and place a deposit about 2 1/2 months before weather would permit the work. They pressure washed the house when shortly after we contracted with them. The company was fairly responsive in keeping us up to dated as to when they might start. Once work started we had between 2-3 painters for about 3 1/2 days...the painters did a good job of painting and the work was clean and neat. This being said the prep for painting was not what we expected with very little work in scraping old weathered paint, caulking where required, etc. and we did mention the need for this scope of work up front. We had some issues picking the right color paints (our problem) and the contractor was very cooperative in getting additional paint...etc.. Also the contractor said they used premiun Sherwin Williams paint exclusively but ended up using Behr paint for the limited amount of siding because he said it applied easier with the airless equipment. All in all, I might use them again or recommend them with the caveate that they do more thorough pressure washing (with cleaning soluitons...not just water) and more basic prep work before starting to paint. Overall good value for price paid and workers were neat and courteous.

Wouldn't use them for anything. Bought the deal first week of April, claimed first available slot was last day of April. He claimed that two houses were in front of me. Provider gave a 3 day window when the work might happen, however nobody showed up and nobody contacted me to let me know there was a problem. Provider said weather prevented paining on scheduled day and they could not assure me that painting would start on the possible alternative start date. His email said one house was in front of me, so some simple math leads me to the conclusion that paining the first of the two house he claimed were in front of me took about a month. When pressed for a firm start date he took a condescending tone and suggested that I should request a refund, so I took his advice and did. Don't let the low price fool you - read all the feedback and run like the wind.

I was impressed with the amount of work they completed in the four hours. They did a great job.

Made appointment with Carlos who cancelled 1 hour before our scheduled appointment. We set up a second appointment for the following day and I have not heard from him since then. I am therefore requesting that the deal be terminated and my credit card be credited. Thanks. PS:I'm not sure of the date of our last contact.

Everything went well. He did a great job. He extended his time for me for extra 30 minutes and didn’t charge me for it. I already done most of it so I thought that he might use a steamer in order to do it but he just used a solution. I didn’t have any issues since the service was provided.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was a good service. He did a good job. I would recommend him.

They guy arrived on time. We assessed what he was going to do and he did the job. The deal was for one room of painting. I had drywall work to do instead of painting and he completed the drywall repair for me.

Carlos came on time, did a great job on the room and left no mess. He was very pleasant.

I tried to call and email them several times, but they never responded to any of my communications.

They were not available when i needed the work done. I asked them to come by and give me an estimate. That day they called and let me know they couldn't make it and would be out the next day. It has been nearly a week and I have not heard from them; nor did they call and let me know why they could not make it.

I purchased a Big Deal coupon for this provider on 02/14/14 for $125 to paint my daughter's bedroom. I took the day off of work so that I could be at the house at 9:30 when our appointment was, but no one ever showed up. I called and left several messages throughout the week, along with several emails to them, but no one contacted me from Reign Down Painting until after I posted my review five days later. They didn't apologize for missing my appointment, or not returning any of my several messages. All they said was that their earliest availability was March 22nd. After the frustration of taking a day off of work for them, and them not showing up, I refuse to waste any more time with them. At this point I would just like to get a refund for the $125 I paid them. I have hired another painter to come paint my daughter's room.

He arrived on time but was unprepared as far as tools required to do a good job. We had to improvise with my tools and he finished the job.

It took a while to get on their schedule as a matter of fact too long to get on their schedule and my advice is for Angies list the wait period for the service provider, they can go into their account and update the estimated wait time which will show on their BIG Deal ads . That way the consumer know the service schedule within two weeks, one month etc so that we will know how long to anticipate the wait.

I can't really evaluate this company as I never talked to anyone. We were never able to schedule an appointment.

The contractor did not honor the Big Deal agreement via Angie's List. I contacted this company and scheduled an appt. on Feb. 27, '14. However, the contractor refused to answer my follow-up request (e-mail), requesting an explanation for his no-show.

I scheduled service and provider did not show.

They were fantastic and very professional. They looked at the drywall issue and gave me options so that I could make an informed decision without incurring more costs than necessary. Would use them again!

Angie's List, this is the FOURTH occurrence where I have purchased something from one of your offers/vendors and have not had any follow up. A conversation with one of your associates basically said I was up a creek without a paddle...pretty poor!! I did not want to extend my membership with you and I was told that, again, there is nothing I can do until next December. I am DISSATISFIED...this is approaching a sham and I do not want to continue service with you. I want my money back.

There was some confusion on the front end when I tried to schedule the service. I will blame poor email communication on my part and the schedulers part. I graded them a B on responsiveness because of the mishap. Other than that, the actual work was great. The individual who came out was very professional and clean - covered his shoes when he came in the house and there were no scraps of wallpaper to be seen when he left. He completed the project in the alloted time as well. Thanks
