Description of Work: I have been doing business with Carlos for several months as I am doing my whole house with specialty painting techniques in phases. He has a gentle, quiet and peaceable spirit. He does quality work and I feel it's at a very fair cost, especially for all of the prep work he does to achieve the excellent outcome. For example, on Sunday he completed a suede look in my formal dining room. But before we got to the finale, he remove 20 year old wallpaper that was really "stuck"; repaired the damage walls,which included patching, sanding, etc., and took down one wall of mirrors before he could get to the actual paint job itself for $400 minus 15% senior citizen rate as noted on the site. | |My only concern is he has postponed appointments many times to complete other work. My only issue with that is sometimes the next day is anywhere from a few days to a few weeks. But, all in all, I'm satisfied.

Description of Work: I purchased a big deal for 3 Rooms of Professional Interior Painting ONLY $399. The service was ok. They painted two bedrooms and the living room. They sent out two painters. They charged significantly more than the deal because the job was more than they expected.

Description of Work: We contacted Carlos with Reign Down Painting to prep several damaged internal walls (hall, foyer, living room). He quickly came to the house to determine the size of the job and we arranged a date for the work to be done. He came promptly and worked strictly as a "mud" man; no sanding or skim coating. He worked quickly and did an acceptable job. My only complaint was that he ran out of supplies while in the middle of the job. Rating = a low A to a B.

Description of Work: I hired them to paint over some wallpaper which they did, however there were seams showing and wallpaper started lifting off in many places. I had to go back and fix these areas on my own. For the price I paid they were not willing to make it better.

Description of Work: I called to make appointment to get the estimate done to see if I qualify for their Angie's list deal , everything went well and I was told I would have someone at my house on Thursday between 2-4pm. Come Thursday, no call no show not even a returned call after leaving 2 voicemails. Extremely annoying considering these appointments are only done during business hours so I had to leave work early for basically nothing. I hope the next company I call off Angie's list is more helpful, because this one's time is obviously more important than my own

Description of Work: Receive a message from them telling us that they will call us in a few days. They did call and set an appointment to meet with us on Sunday Aug.25th around 6PM. Sunday they called and asked to reschedule to Monday evening. We didn't hear from them since.

Description of Work: I made a few calls to get in touch with them. When I did I scheduled for 8/2 and they never showed up or contacted me. I have been unable to get in contact with them since, despite repeated calls and texts.
