I found them to be incredibly professional and responsive. They responded quickly to phone calls and showed up on time. While they were in my home they were especially careful not only to do an exceptional job, but alo not to make a big mess in the process. Several days afterr they finished the job I had a chance more closely examine the quality of the work and called them to tell them I thought the drywall joints needed another coat of mud and some additional sanding. There were immediately responsive with not questions asked and made an appointment to come back. They showed up on time as promised and completed the project to my satisfaction - at no additional cost!! Unlike most contractors I've hired they are very serious about making sure the customer is satisfied. I will definately use them again and will definately recommmend them to others.

We were having trouble scheduling a time that would work for us around the holiday, so Carlos offered to come on a Sunday. He said he thought he could finish the job in one day. On Sunday, he arrived promptly at the appointed time and got right to work. Carlos is that rare combination of businessman and artist, and he excels at both. He's very professional, meticulous, and works quickly but methodically. He started working promptly both times he worked for us. He's also very conscientious. He impressed me to no end when he asked for a bulb to replace one that had burned out ( which we hadn't noticed ) way up high in our stairwell. Another quality I appreciated about him is that while he's perfectly pleasant and polite, he's not overly chatty like some other people we have hired before. He gets right to work, does a great job, and is immaculate in his clean up. We were really pleased with the work he did for us. I would not hesitate to use him again or recommend him to friends. Carlos Jones is awesome!

I purchased two Big Deal coupons, one for a bedroom and one for the adjoining bathroom. I was aware that there would be additional charges for the ceilings, and for the over-10-feet walls in the bedroom. Then, when my husband and I removed the plate glass mirror in the bathroom, some of the drywall came off, too! Carlos gave me an estimate of $210 for the additional charges, which seemed rather low to me... It took two days to complete the work, Friday and Saturday. I know that they have been overwhelmed with members who've purchased their coupons, and it did take a while for Carlos to return my email and phone call. I was not in a big hurry so I could afford to be patient, and I'm so glad it worked out for us. Carlos was so apologetic when we did speak on the phone that I feel rather bad about giving them a B, but it did take a while to get a response. Carlos stopped by the house two days before the scheduled painting to help me determine the number of gallons we would need. He offered great advice about covering up the bright pink bedroom and neon lime-green bathroom. I used their pro rewards number to purchase the paint at Home Depot. Alex came on the scheduled day and we quickly determined that the ceiling paint was absolutely the wrong color, AFTER he had done the cut-in work on the vaulted ceiling, and around the ceiling fan. He was so patient with me! We looked at color samples and decided on another color, which he applied the next day. There were multiple holes (at least 20) from wall anchors the previous owners had used in both rooms. There were pretty big holes from the damage done when we removed the mirror, and he had to apply multiple coats of filler, let it dry, re-fill, dry, sand, then paint. I told him that we were going to hang a mirror, anyway, so it didn't need to be perfect, but he wanted it to look professional, so he persevered. Two coats of paint were applied to all surfaces. This is the first time I've let someone else paint in any home we've had. I am very meticulous when it comes to painting, and I was so pleased with the job they did at our house. Alex was just not happy unless it was done "just right" and really worked hard to get the edges clean where the walls met the ceiling. I didn't have to say a word about it. We are so impressed with the professionalism we experienced with this company. Carlos represents the company very well, and I just can't say enough good things about Alex. I am sure that all of their painters have the same work ethic. I will definitely use them for all future painting needs, and highly recommend them!!!

We have had a lot of trouble scheduling an appointment. He has been very bad at communication. We sent him so many emails and he only answered to one asking for our available dates. We responded with a date, but he never got back with us. We have got a refund for this big deal.

Company seemed overwhelmed by response to BigDeal to paint a room for $100 and was sluggish in responding to email requrest to schedule times. Once in contact with Carlos Jones, scheduling went smoothly Price for additional work was fair. I am satisfied with work done.

Initially Carlos from Reign Down Painting was slow to respond to my e-mail. He did explain that since the special ran on Angies' list that he was inundated with calls and new customers. Once we agreed on the date and time ( which he later changed the time to a later hour at the last minute) Carlos arrived actually earlier than expected which was great for me. His professionalism and workmanship was exemplary from that point on. He did a FANTASTIC job on my daughter's room!!! I was so impressed! It was definitely worth the initial chaos. I almost cried when my daughter came home from school and jumped up and down with excitement. I don't know who was more thrilled with her room , she or I but her room is definitely the best looking room in our house! I will call him again for future work. Thanks Angie's List!

The entire process took several weeks, but he was able to work within my time frame for moving and putting the townhouse on the market for rental.

It seems like this company has had problems redeeming the Big Deal coupons.

I contacted the owner who seemed a little uninterested in the contact. i chalked that off to maybe he was involved in something and caught the phone. Although i understand in customoer service you need to know how to turn it off and on when appropriate. We made the appointment. i was given a time range of between 8:30 and 9:30 (which i don't like for estimate appointsments). he contacted me the morning of the appointment and wanted to change from 9:30 to 10:30(which actually bumped into something else I had scheduled). When he arrived we had a scope of work document prepared to assist him in looking at what we wanted. he didn't have much to say. He looked around the house and said he had what he needed and we would receive something by noon the next day. Well, noon came and went and to this day we still have not received the estimate, a follow up call or anything. I don't know if he thought he had enough business from the Big Deal of the Day sales or what, but we were paying full price and felt better service should have definitely been given.

I purchased Angies Big Deal for 3 rooms and Carlos came out very quickly to do an estimate on the add-ons. He gave me a fair price and they started working within a week. Dan was great to work with, very considerate and professional. I would reccomed them :)

I was able to use my Angie's List Big Deal purchase for this service. Overall I am very pleased with their work. They matched the paint perfectly. They were very thorough and neat. Carlos was very responsive...he showed up when he said he would and completed the work in a timely manner. They even went the extra mile by assisting another company with removing a desk from my upper bedroom. In addition to being great painters; they provided excellent customer service. I will use them again, for sure.

It went very well and looks great. Carlos gave me a really good price and completed the job quickly and efficiently.

I purchased Big Deal coupons for wallpaper removal and painting to be performed by Reign Down Painting. I called and emailed multiple times trying to get the service scheduled and did not receive a reply. Only when I left an message and a follow up email regarding calcellation of payment did Mr. Jones return my call. I sent him the measurements and pictures he requested and then again-silence. i cancelled my payment after leaving a message on 9/14 that I was again cancelling payment because he had not replyed once again after multiple follow up calls. Mr. Jones returned my call asking for my patience since he has sold over 200 coupons and did not have 15 or 16 painters to do the work. Given he could not give me a date to perform my work coupled with his total lack of responsiveness and customer service, I cancelled my payment for the coupons and will do the work myself. Mr. Jones needs a lesson in supply and demand. Big Deal equals big disappointment in this case.

My experience was great! I was given excellent service. What a relief!!!!!!!!

When I spoke with him, I asked him if he works in Peach Tree City, and he said he did. Three days later, he says that he does not go to Peach Tree City. I think he was waiting to see how many customers he would get with that Big Deal coupon. It sounds like he doesn't want to go to Peach Tree City for one room. If he had, initially, told me that he does not work in Peach Tree City, I would not have any problems with this situation.

The project went very smoothly. Dan showed up on time and did a great job. Very professional and could cut a line better than any painter I have seen. The task took two days to complete, the wife and I were both very happy with the work and the rooms look like new again. We do plan on using this company in the future.

Excellent paint work in all of our rooms. We had one painter for 2 days to do most of the work and then Carlos came out on a separate visit to finish what wasn't completed. The whole job took 3 days with one painter on each day. The B grade in punctuality is because no painter was available on the follow up day, as we originally scheduled.

We found them on Angie’s list. The price was great. Carlos was the owner and he was very hard working and attentive. I think he may have underestimated the amount of time it would take to do the job. It was a benefit for us as we had to pay less but it took a longer time. I got an impression that it was nice for him rather than us. I would use them in the future.

We called Carlos and spoke to him immediately. He came over the same day to give an estimate and then sent us the proposal via email that night. Carlos and his crew started within the week and completed the job in 4 days. They were very efficient and meticulous. The entire team was professional and complied to our expectations. They painted the rooms in the order we wanted and two of his crew members, Aaron and Alex, also took their shoes off while painting. They painted two coats and also painted all the trim and crown molding. The house looks beautiful and is finally starting to feel like home. We appreciate all their help!

I called Carlos for an estimate for my 3 bedrooms, hall and master bathroom. We made an appointment for him to come to my home which he had to cancel at the last minute because of a prior job. He came a few days later and was late for that appointment. Even though I was beginning to have reservations, I decided to use this company's services. I needed to complete some other repairs before I could have the painting done and explained this to Carlos, in the meantime, I decided to have the ceiling in my kitchen and family room done. I have since called him to paint two of the three bedrooms and he said he would refigure the estimate and send it to me within a couple of days, (that was a week ago). I haven't heard from him, so I have decided to move on. Carlos is very professional, however, his responsiveness leaves a lot to be desired.

Carlos arrived as scheduled to provide an estimate and I received the quote within 24 hours. I set up another appointment to sign a contract and make a deposit for the paint. His crew came as scheduled (5 men) and began the work. They were extremely friendly, polite and most importantly professional! The work they completed is gorgeous and has made a huge difference in the house. The guys went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with all the work throughout the process. I look forward to having them come back in a few months to finish a few more rooms in the house! Reign Down does a terrific job for a good price.

Carlos, owner, arrived on-time with an additional helper. They started immediately and was done in 21/2 hours. Everything went perfectly and to my satisfaction. Bathrooms were sparkling and floors were spotless. Dusting is something I hate so that too was great. They were very professional throughout the service. This was my 2nd service.

Carlos came and gave us an estimate. We needed the work done within a specific time frame, and he agreed to fit us into his schedule. Carlos and his crew came on the promised day, and they worked every day until the job was complete. They were very professional and careful and cleaned everything up everyday before they left. We would recommend Reign Down to anyone, and we plan to use Carlos for any painting jobs we have in the future. What a great experience! Carlos and his crew (Alex and Duke) are the best painters we have ever used!

He never called me back to set up the appt. I sent him an email and he never reply. I called and I finally got him. He said he would come and honor the big deal, but now I can't get a hold of him. He can at least call me back. All I want is a call back.
