After estimate crew began work very quickly. Finished on time and on budget.

I bought this deal to have wallpaper removed in 1 room and drywall repaired (same room) under a windowsill that had leaked. I called ahead to make sure they would send someone who could remove wallpaper and not just a painter. When the man arrived, he had no tools or solution to remove the paper. I had already removed the paper on one wall myself. After trying for a little while, he told me the wallpaper was too hard to remove, so I told him to just mud over the seams and fix the drywall. When he finished, the seams were not smooth and I had to re-mud and re-sand them. I also had to caulk under the window sill where he had repaired the dry wall. This is the first time I have had to submit a bad review on any company. I resisted doing it, but finally did it because Angies asked me repeatedly to submit a review. I believe the worker tried to do the best job he could, but he was probably not experienced in wallpaper removal. I paid $99 and I ended up doing the whole job myself (except the drywall, which was a small spot).

Great! All work was done to specification, cleanly and within the time quoted. Helped prep the room to protect furniture and property. Surprisingly painted the baseboards too! No complaints on this guy, but I would tell him to give some focus to developing his interactions with customers to build a more professional company image - he already has the top notch service.

Main issue is that we should have had a primer put in before the 2 coats of paint. No complaint on their work. Fast efficient and the job was done in the allotted time.

I had a hard time getting in touch with them, I really had to keep calling, and then had to wait a month for the appointment. They did a decent job, but left a mess on the porch which was a real hassle to clean.

They were easy to reach - they sold a lot of coupons during this special, and they extended the expiration date due to this. do - be patient if they have a Angies list special. THe job quality is worth the wait

I tried repeadedly to schedule service, and they never responded.

The owner was very nice and professional fellow, but didn't seem to know how to run a business. There was very poor communication with setting up the appointment and follow through on cancelling and re-scheduling new appointments. It took us three tries to get an appointment over the period of months. He was a no-show on the second appointment day, and only sent me an email the night before (of which I never saw before hand). I always had to leave a voice message, a most of the time they were never returned. The owner preferred to use email vs. returning phone calls. On the third appointment try the owner was the one to actually show up and do the work, not his crew. He said he couldn't get any of the crew to work that day, which points to bad management and lack of know how in running a business. He did an excellent job on the painting, but it was a major inconvenience for us to have to do the work on the only day he could work out.

Initially it was difficult to reach anyone or to get a return call. I was told this was due to the heavy volume of calls the company received after advertising its deal on Angie's List. That was the only negative thing that I have to say about Reign Down. They were otherwise fantastic!. The painter arrived on time and did a wonderful job ! My daughter was so thrilled with how her room looked. He was extremely professional ,cleaned up everything and returned all furniture in their correct place. We will definitely use them again in the future.

I had to get a refund because they didn’t schedule me. Then he would stop answering my calls and not show up when he said he would.

Reign Down was helpful in rescheduling when I had a conflict on the initial appointment day. They were prompt, thorough, and did a good job. I was pleased with the service quality.

He painted the rooms quickly and did an excellent job.

After trying numerous time to set up an appointment. I recieved zero response. So I have decided to refund this purchase. I would not recommend this company

The gentleman who did the painting was dedicated to the task. Aside from one small break, he was completely focused on the task and did a very thorough job.

Was slow, just wanted me to buy more time.

DO NOT HIRE. I had been in contact with Carlos multiple times regarding a SIMPLE job he agreed to do for us. He came by to look at it... said he could do it on Friday for $150 and it would maybe take 20 minutes. I talked to him the day before he was supposed to come out.. he said he'd be there at 5:00 the next day. He never showed. No contact made. I've called and e-mailed him several times in the last week and have YET to hear from him. Incredibly unprofessional. Do not hire him unless you'd like for your job to remain undone. Not a surprise other reviews on here reflect the same unprofessionalism. Don't waste your time.

I called and set up an appointment before the Big Deal expired, and he emailed me the day before the appointment on August 1st, saying he wouldn't be able to make it, so we rescheduled for the next week. He wasn't able to make that appoinment either, so we rescheduled a third time and he still didn't make it. He didn't call or show up for the third appointment. At this point I'm ready to just get my money back.

I had an appointment for three rooms of painting scheduled for today, 9/15/12. FIFTEEN minutes before the painters were due to arrive at my home, I received a call that they were still on another job and would not be coming to my home today, but would send a couple of men to GET STARTED on my job tomorrow, Sunday, 9/16/12. This appointment had been scheduled for a month. I had worked very hard to have everything in readiness for their arrival (all rooms cleared and walls primed), and made arrangements for care for my indoor pets. After considering the matter, I cancelled the work and decided to do it myself. I don't feel that the company acted in a professional manner and I would certainly never consider them for another job. When I contacted Carlos to tell him that I was cancelling the job, his response was, “Ok, no problem.” No apology, no effort to try to work anything else out, nothing. Not the reaction of someone who has good customer service skills.

I called June 14, 2012 to make an appointment to have one room painted with a deal I purchased for $99. I reached someone named Carlos who told me the earliest he could get to me was in July. We agreed on a plan for him to come to my house to paint the one room on July 10, 2012 and he sent me an email to confirm the date. On July 9, 2012 he sent me another email at 9:46 p.m. to state that he would have to reschedule later in the week and that he would follow up with me via phone so that we could decide on a new date. He did not call, however I called him the next day but was only able to get his voice mail. I left a message to let him know that the suggested dates later in the same week would not work for me as I was going to be out of town for an extended two week period. Carlos never called or emailed again, my room has still not been painted and I evidently am out $99. I intend to pursue a refund and I would not recommend this company to anyone. I thought using Angie's List would help me to find good professional help.

The man from Reign Down was extraordinary. He was very professional and put everything away just the way I wanted it. I would highly recommend him.

It didn't go at all - we never heard back from them.

Contacted them two weeks ago by phone and scheduled cleaning service for today 8/14/2012 at 11:00 and even had a confirmation email from them stating this. At 11:30 we starting calling and never anyone there left messages but no one ever returned call. Also send emails including the confirmation email, I sent back a reply asking where they were. They never showed, never called..... no one needs to use this service. We were thinking if they worked out with the cleaning that we would use them to paint the house. No chance now. Don't rely on this company

Carlos Jones from Reign Down was very nice to work with. He stripped old wallpaper off, and finding lots of strong glue remaining on the wall, suggested he put wall mud to smooth out the wall's surface. This was an additional cost, but his price was certainly reasonable. After allowing the mud to dry, he returned the next day and did a beautiful job of sanding and preparing the walls to be painted.

We bought the Angie's list big deal. We found Carlos and Alex to be very professional. They arrived on time and started working immediately. Carols left Alex here as he had another job to check on. It did seem to be taking allot of time to remove the wall paper, and we had another contractor out to give an estimate on another job and he provided a suggested quicker way. They used that method and things went much quicker. We found Carlos to be very professional and ethical. Although it took more time he honored the coupons, as I think he realized had they used the method the other contractor suggested it would not have taken as long. However, he did this without an argument or issue. He is just an honest and good business person. We even asked him to give an estimate to hang the new wall paper. I would use this company again for sure if the price and work lined up.

When I talked to him on the phone to set up an appointment, he said he was restricted by Angie's List from doing ceilings or trim during this job. In reality, this work just was not covered by Big Deal that I purchased. I was really disappointed that he did not just offer to do the ceiling and the trim at the same time and just add on an extra charge for that work. He could have made a new customer with me if he had been on top of things! I decided to refund this deal since he just threw me off and blamed Angie's List. I would still like him to do the work if he would just give me a decent deal for the work.
