It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went very well. He was very professional, he even followed up for me on something that was not initially covered. I was very pleased with him. I had to buy some paint so I paid more. They did what they said they were gonna do, they were true to their words.

It was alright. They didn't charge anything additional. They didn't show up on time, that was a disaster. The last time, they showed up around eight or 8:30 at night. I wouldn't recommend them.

Reign down gave a great price for removing wallpaper and painting a laundry. They came on time, and completed the work quickly.

I had taken down some wallpaper that was glued to the sheet rock in a downstairs bathroom. I thought it couldn't be fixed and had to have the sheet rock replaced. Carlos came in and fixed everything perfectly. The walls are now ready for painting and look fabulous!!

I am extremely satisfied with Reign Down Clean and Painting Services. Carlos Jones was professional, timely, accurate, considerate of my time and very thorough. I initially contracted his services because of a coupon, but because he provided such excellent service, I will use his company for the remainder of the painting and drywall repairs needed in my home. Carlos went way beyond. After using my wind tunnel vacuum to clean up some dust, he cleaned it better than new!! His work ethics are impeccable. He spent more time than he had to on the job, and he went out of his way to make it work well. He did fair work.

Carlos had done my whole house painting a year ago. I needed to repaint several area after water damage in basement. I called him and he stopped by and got every thing done professionally and quickly. I would recommend this company any time.

He came today and I loved it. I'm doing more business with him. He called me last week and made an appointment. They were friendly, nice, quiet, kept the door shut so the rest of the house didn't smell like paint. I thought they were very good and professional.

I contacted Reign Down Cleaning and Painting Services to get a quote on drywall repair of my garage ceiling. Carlos Jones arrived at the appointed time and explained in detail what needed to be done and the cost. He also quoted me the cost of painting the garage. I was pleased with his knowledge of what needed to be done as well as the cost to perform the work. I am very satisfied with the work that was performed and the manner in which it was performed. Carlos went the extra mile in services that he performed and I would use his services again as well as recommend him to anyone that is looking for drywall repair as well as painting services.

Mr.Carlos Jones came to my home to remove wallpaper from my kitchen area. Mr.Jones promptly arrived about 9:30am Saturday morning, just as promised, and he immediately went to work. Within the first hour, he had the first layer of wallpaper removed; at the second hour he was heavy into the job. Mr.Jones was extremely didicated, professional, and commited to his work...so much in fact, I actually had to ask him if he needed to take a break; Mr.Jones went above and beyond the call of duty.Once done, you almost could not tell wallpaper was ever there. Afterwards, he went the extra mile and mudded most of the rough areas, and cleaned up extremely well after himself. I am a single female and felt vey comfortable with Carlos in my home; he was very professional. I invited my neighbor over while Carlos was workng to show off the great job he was doing. I will recommend him to all my friends and family in the futre.Thank you Carlos

They could never schedule my work!

Four hours of house cleaning, gave basic direction and they were very professional, quick, and thorough.

I have made 5 attempts to contact this company and they haven't responded yet. They took my money and did no work. I sent Angies List an email but they haven't tried to help me get my money back yet.

I was having that done because I wasn't able to lift or clean before my surgery. I had to ask them come back and redo several things in my home. Smudges were obvious. Unfortuantely, while I was laid up post surgery, I also noticed that they had not dust mopped or cleaned underneath the bed.

Our ceiling broke because of roof leak. We fixed the leak and when it dried off we needed to fix the ceiling. Called them, got an estimate, he was available to do work in a few days. Showed up a late but called that was delayed. Took a few days to wait for all the mud to dry, so it can be sanded and painted. Overall had to come over 3 times. Cleaned up after work OK. Didn't have enough sheathing to cover everything in the room the first day, so we had to use something of ours. Overall work was completed as promised, didn't change the price in the middle of work, cleaned up. Work looks good but not perfect, there are some small imperfections on the ceiling.

The company never responded to my emails or phone calls to schedule an appointment.

Bought a Big Deal, left numerous messages, and Carlos did not return my calls. I was home for an extensive period recovering from surgery, so it's not like I missed him. Gave up and got a refund.

Overall, they did a good job. There was a small problem with communication (painted one bedroom the wrong color - but repainted it). They were responsive to the "punch list" and made appropriate touch-ups to all areas of concern. Carlos is very "zen" and exudes a calm, capable presence.

Not a single person who has come into my home has left without commenting what a pathetic paint job the painter has done. Like I said before, save yourself from Carlos Jones and his "talent". I hope Angies List listens to my complaint and de-lists this company so that other consumers do not have to go through the same ordeal. The work was not completed on time and as mentioned before it is a complete hack job.

He was a hard worker. I had to pay extra to get the job done which was fine. But, I never heard back from him on my inquiry for some more work.

Everything went great! They did a great job on the nursery. They were on time and professional! I would highly recommend this company.

After ten days and two phone calls they never contacted me.

Horrible experience. Purchased an Angie's List big deal for cleaning services to use to get ready for out of town guests coming in for my daughter's graduation. On the day they were scheduled they did not show up or call to cancel. When I called to find out why no one showed up no one answered the phone. Had to get Angie's List involved to get my money back

I'm only writing this review because 2 years later, Angie's list won't stop harassing me for it. I bought a Big Deal for Reign Down to paint 3 rooms in my house. Three guys came out and they were nice enough and finished quickly. The 'finished quickly' I believe was the problem. The paint job was not great and I had to have them come back to fix our bedroom walls. They only did one coat of 'cut in' along the ceiling and two coats everywhere else so we had a strip around the whole room that was a different color. They got paint on the floors and didn't say anything, there are drips and areas where it looks like the roller edge scraped and I would not hire them again.
