It took a long time. It has taken a while to get everything taken care of. Had I not been so persistent, it would not have been taken care of. I just kept on them until it was fixed. I had flying squirrels. I have a two storied house and they were in between the floors. He kept on working on the attic and I kept on saying, "It's in between the floors. I'm hearing them in between the floors," and he kept on saying, "It couldn't be." So, I just persisted and persisted. He did find flying squirrels in the attic and he took care of those. I also hired them to handle roaches. This house was not occupied for at least two and a half years before we came here. So, there were a lot of issues. In the end, because I was so persistent and had him coming back, he finally got them out of in between the floors. I don't know if somebody else would have caught it earlier and would have gotten it fixed faster. It was a little bit overpriced.

At least in my house they used natural products. It's non toxic, natural products. When I have had a problem, when problem did occur outside of my normal service, they came really fast. They're extremely responsive to my needs outside the quarterly service. They're very professional. The same guy always comes so I feel safe. I haven't had any problems at all.

My husband dealt with them primarily, and we didn't have any issues with their professionalism or having them fulfill the deal. However, their treatment wasn't successful in addressing the rodent issue.

Three visits. Our technician, Curtis, came out and spent 45 minutes inspecting the house inside and out. A quote was provided and an appointment set for future work. The second visit had him blocking entry points with either wire or a cement / putty type material depending on the situation. On the roof he worked under the shingle and along the gutter lines to prevent access and set up an exclusion door for any squirrels still in the house. They could get out but the door prevented re-entry. This took all day. Curtis was here for at least 8 hours and did great work. We haven't seen a mouse or heard a squirrel since. A third visit was required to remove the exclusion door and patch up some remaining siding that he didnt have the material for the first time around. Curtis was pleasant, professional and efficient. He endured my questioning and provided the right answers. The price was reasonable considering the project. Im very happy with the service.

They ended up coming back because we had an issue and they took care of it at no extra charge. Very responsive.

Got rid of rats and pigeons in my new old farmhouse, plugged holes, cleaned years of droppings. Came back when I saw new rat droppings. Finished.

Didn't actually need the direct service, so he used as a credit for inspection and removal of the rodent.

I PURCHASED A BIG DEAL: " $220 for an Annual Pest Control Package" FROM NATURES OWN EXTERMINATING. The purchase date was 08/12/2014. As requested per Angie's List I suggested 3 possible dates for service. The company responded to my request but none of the dates I've suggested worked our for them so they suggested new dates: Monday 18th and Friday 22nd. I said either would be OK and I requested them to confirm when would it be better for them (this was 08/14/2014) and as of today I never received an answer from them. I messaged them to confirm the date many other times, and never received an answer or cancellations of the agreed dates. We waited for them to show up both days they mentioned as possible service days but they never showed up. I canceled my order but it won't be processed for the next week. So in the meantime I lost 2 weeks without service and my money has been tied up to this deal for 3 weeks. I consider this company very rude and unprofessional. And I'm very disappointed on Angie's List for letting this company offer a service they can't provide! e mentioned dates.

The service went really well. I use them once a year. They are an amazing company.

Pretty good and very prompt both on service and when I called to have them come back out since the mosquitos seemed to be really bad still. After the second treatment things were fine.

It went well and we've had no problems since the job was performed.

It was okay. I felt the Big Deal was deceiving because the description seemed to include some sort of services. I felt like they basically came out and said I have squirrels in my attic which I already knew. I didn't end up using them for treatment services.

He came out with a sprayer and spayed the area. He was very courteous.

I purchased the Angie's Deal for the exclusion for $212 after I heard scratching in the crawlspace. I made my appt and the tech came out promptly to survey the house and determine was needed, and he was very nice and professional. On his second trip, he secured the area and left a trap inside the house because I thought I saw a mouse a few days previous to his arrival. There actually was a mouse and it was caught! Haven't had any problems since! Would definitely recommend in the future.

It seems to work out fine, pretty good. Nature's Own Exterminating came back on our request when I had more problems and they did fine. I would use them again if I needed, but I hope I don't. I think they did a good job.

Very nice, knowledgeable person. I got rid of rats myself before his arrival. He gave advice in how to be sure they are gone Putting flashing around roof was expensive. I did not expect to pay as much money for the flashing installation. Otherwise he was very good.

It was okay. They were supposed to send me an invoice but I never got that so I would probably need to follow up with it. Their work was fine. I'm not sure if I would use them again.

He did a really good job, he found some entry points I would have never known about. He was very punctual. I would refer him to anyone.

The exterminator was pleasant and punctual. He sealed up the outside gaps, and our rodent issue in the attic has diminished significantly. We have had one instance in which we heard another rodent upstairs, but that was the only time in the past six months. I think he did a great job, and the only reason I gave them a B for Overall because the $200 price tag seems a bit high in my opinion to go around the outside perimeter and stick metal grating in the outside gaps. It's worked so far though, and I am pleased with the service.

We played phone tag but he always returned calls and was prompt the day of the appointment. He was honest and professional. Our daughter was there for the service and made no mention of problems. If there is a lack of pests, we plan on calling them again for maintenance. Thanks

The problem was resolved for a few weeks and now is back.

John is great! He is knowledgeable about the typical critters that can cause trouble in attics and basements. He established a treatment method to prevent squirrels from entering our attic and placed appropriate guards and traps. He also placed deterrents around the basement. We've been critter free since John has been treating our home. We highly recommend him.
