Description of Work: The sloppiest work I have ever seen. Paint runs. Did not prime wall before painting even though it was furnished for him to do. Caulking is like toothpaste. Did not smooth out and he did not use painter's tape to achieve straight lines. I told him over and over how I wanted it done, but he did not take any pride in his work. I had gotten his name from a neighbor who used him to paint the exterior of his home and he was happy, but this guy is not qualified to do interior work. I would not ever recommend him to anyone. He continued to have car problems (can't blame him for that), but a small job turned out to take four days. We're talking kitchen and breakfast room and it is small.
