AFFORDABLE ROOFING & GUTTERING

He made the repair but his technicians ripped off the bottom part of two pieces of siding. At one point he said the repairs would be made for my siding. He never did send someone out. Later, I was told that he would pay for someone else to come out and do the repairs to my siding. I hired someone and sent the invoice to Jason but he has not paid for it or replied back to me.

This experience started off rough and went down hill from there. When I called I got an answering service. (I thought answering services were out of date since we now use cell phones.) The man that returned the call did not have the correct information from the answering service. I asked that someone call me about 1/2 hour before coming to the house so I could explain what I wanted. I also wanted to talk to him about gutter repair. However, the next day when I went to pick up the mail there was a proposal in with my mail. I don't know when someone showed up. I don't think this was handled professionally from the beginning and I will not use them in the future.

It was the first time I've ever had a roof or gutters replaced, so I don't have a large sample size to compare his work to, but his price was very competitive and he and his crew did a good job and there where no surprises with time or money. I would recommend them.

The individual sent by Affordable Roofing to do the work turned out to be a sub-contractor. After the job was completed the roof leaked. Even though the leak happened within the warranty period Affordable Roofing would not stand behind the warranty due to a disagreement with the subcontractor. After much debate, Affordable Roofing offered to repair the work at cost but at this point I was so frustrated that I decided to hire a different company to do the work. I would not use this company again.

They guy arrived when he said he would and completed the work in the time frame he promised. I was anxious to get the work done and didn't get more than one quote. The fact that the work was completed in about 4 hours leads me to think that the price may have been a bit high but I'm not complaining.

They did a real fine job.

Affordable did a great job on my roof. I highly recommend them as they were clean and fixed all my leaks, even coming back a second time to do so without charge. They didn't fool around. They were here within days of my call and before the next rain. The men were very friendly and accommodating.

Mr. Collins represented the company with total professionalism and he had a high level of knowledge of the roofing business. He was prompt to meet me on site for an estimate where he thoroughly explained all work recommended, the costs of the project, and he readily supplied references. I obtained other estimates and decided to go with Affordable Roofing. Mr. Collins politely responded to all my questions. When the work was started, he was available by phone to respond to any concerns I had and he stopped by to check on the progress of the project. His crew was courteous and professional, and completed the work within 3 days (rain did occur during this time but tarps were used to cover areas as necessary). Each day, the grounds were cleared of debris and nails. I have had numerous compliments on the roof, as well as how the nice the yard looked each evening after workers left. I would highly recommend Affordable Roofing and Guttering for anyone needing these services.

Contractor came out and gave me an estimate. The next Tuesday they came out and did what their bid stated on the estimate.

Not well. Roof leaked on two separate occasions two months after new roof installed. Both times non-English speaking "roofers" were sent to home. Leaks appear to be fixed, but other issues have gone unresolved, and owner does not return calls.

Jason was very professional and punctual. His price was very fair, and the end product looks terrific. His crews came on time and completed their work quickly. I look forward to working with them again on my next project.

The crew was on time and did a great job. They thoroughly cleaned up the yards of any old removed roofing and used a magnet to pick up old nails.

The person providing the estimate was courteous and seemed knowledgeable about the work that was needed. In addition, he explained to me why the problem existed.

IT TOOK TWO CALLS TO REACH THE OWNER. ONE OF HIS EMPLOYEES CAME ON SCHEDULE TO PROVIDE A REASONABLE ESTIMATE. A SECOND EMPLOYEE ARRIVED ON SCHEDULE, DID THE WORK AS ESTIMATED, AND FINISHED QUICKLY. I AM SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE AND THE REPAIRS. NOW, I AM WAITING FOR THE NEXT RAIN IN HOPES THAT I WILL NOT NEED TO PUT THEIR 12 MONTH WARRANTY TO THE TEST.

JASON COLLINS IS THE OWNER. HE GIVES FREE ESTIMATES AND 5 YEAR LABOR WARRANTY. HE IS VERY FRIENDLY AND BUSINESS MANNERED. HIS CREW IS AWESOME! FROM THE BREAK OF DAY TO WELL PAST SUNSET THESE WORKERS STAYED BUSY WITH VERY FEW BREAKS. I HAVE NEVER SEEN A BETTER INSTALLED ROOF. TWO OTHER ROOFING COMPANIES GAVE $9000.00 & $13750.00 ESTIMATES FOR THIS JOB.
