He is good. He has been doing plumbing for a long time, and he knows what he is doing. We rate him very high. He is very reasonable. He has got good experience in what he does, and if there is something he can?t do, he will tell you about it. He is affordable. He is very responsive and very punctual. He is always on time. The work was done in two sessions. Herbert installed 2 toilets, two faucets and the expansion tank and some other minor repairs in about six hours in my fifty year old house. He worked straight through and cleaned up after himself. Later I had him install two faucets that took about two hours. The sink faucet was fairly complicated. He always told me what he was doing and if there were potential problems. I've used Herbert for over 10 years in two different homes.

I have used for more than ten years for all my plumbing needs. He even closed off the old plumbing downstairs and got rid of the old fixtures. He explains everything before he does the job. His price is very reasonable and his workmanship is great.
