The personell was excellent professional and courteous very kind and new what they were doing

the company did an excellent job of getting rid of the yellow jacket bees in my back yard and in my chimney. there was a lots of traffic, bees flying in and out all day. after southwest did the job there are no more bees there hive is destroyed.

Diana was very nice and helpful! She gave us some great tips and was very knowledgeable!!!

The company was very friendly and prompt. They came within a day or two of request. The employee gave other recommendations of how to maintain house so that rodents squirrels would not get in.

I had a HORRIBLE any problem. When I say horrible, I mean it! They were so bad in my closet that I had gotten use to seeing them. Southwest Exterminating came out and BOOM! My issue was resolved overnight!!! I haven't seen ONE ant! And for only $45, that was a steal. I will continue to have them treat 2 more times to make sure those little devils don't show back up. Overall, I cannot say enough good things about this company. I will recommend them to ANYONE I know.

Technicians got right to work and were very personable. Alerted me to a leak from the kitchen sink and nonworking sump pump. Time will tell if the pest treatment worked.

The interest in problem solving a pest problem was beyond just coming to our home and performing the treatment. We felt we learned so much about what caused the infestation and why our steps to problem solve had not been successful. The owner of the company as well as the person who treated our home were both very willing to answer any questions and made sure we were comfortable with the products that would be used. In addition, the pricing was more reasonable that any other company we contacted. We are very confident we chose the best of the best!

So far, so good. He treated all around the buildings and took care of another small issue for free. Only time will tell if the applications worked, but we are satisfied with his work and his workers are very nice, professional and knowledgeable.

They also did some work on my roof. The ended up doing much more than was expected and did not increase the fee. Sent me pictures and kept me informed . Went way above the call of duty!! You be lucky to have them work for you .

He was late but he had the best price for the money. I am considering hiring him for my new home.
